HELLO! Hayley Brown is the latest addition to our reception team. She is covering for Katie during her maternity leave. She always smiles and has an enthusiastic approach which helps the most nervous of our patients. In her spare time she enjoys walking her dogs and long relaxing afternoons with her friends.

As some of you are already aware, our practice is currently undergoing a refurbishment program. Change is inevitable, and at times these changes are absolutely necessary. In our case, we believed that it was time to make changes so we can continue giving you the dental treatments and services that you need in more improved surroundings.

Our dental nurses’ offi ce/stock room has already undergone a thorough renovation program and we are going to start the complete overhaul of Kam’s surgery in June.

In order to remain fully operational and avoid closing down a surgery, we are going to carry out this process in two stages.

We are also going to update our patient toilet, corridor and second patient waiting area. The refurbishment will be complete early next year and all the staff are looking forward to welcoming patients to our new environment. We will endeavour to cause the least disruption to your visit during this period. We would like to take the opportunity to thank you in advance for bearing with us.

Surgery Refurbishment

Will the treatment hurt?Scaling and polishing is usually pain free. However, if you do have any discomfort the hygienist can use gentle hand scalers, anaesthetic creams, or give you some local anaesthetic. It is important that you let the hygienist know at the time so they can help with your pain.
