Evie  VS  Mal

Introduction  I  am  comparing  two  different  characters  in  terms  of  differences  and  similarities  -­‐  Evie  and  Mal  from  Descendants.  I  am  going  to  be  comparing  their  

,  appearance ,   ,   ,  and  motivesfamily/friends.    

 

 

 

 

Appearance    Evie  and  Mal  are  similar  in  different  ways  but  their  looks  are  different.  They  both  look  evil  or  cruel  in  ways.  Mal  

usually  has  her  hair  died  in   .  Evie  always  dies  her  hair  

.  Mal’s  hair  is  short  and  wavy.  Evie’s  is  long  and  curly.  Evie  dresses  up  like  a  princess.  Mal  doesn’t  care  what  she  

wears.  

 

 

Evie  and  Mal  are  related  and  share  many  personality  

traits.  They  are  both    and   .  Mal  is  mostly  rude mean

 and   For  examplesneaky smart.   when  she  snuck  away    

from  the  school  to  get  the  wand  for  her  mom.  Also  when  she  tricked  King  Ben  into  thinking  that  she  was  giving  him  

cookies  instead  of  a  love  potion.  Evie  is    and  flirty very  

She  is  very  kind  because  she  made  most  sour  kind.  

villains  smile  with  her  laughter  on  her  sixth  birthday  

 

 

party.  Also  she  is  very  flirty  and  that’s  when  she  noticed  that  Chad  Charming  is  indeed  very  arrogant.    

 

 

Actions    

They  both  tried  to  steal  the  magic  wand  and  bring  it  to  their  parents.  Mal’s  actions  were  when  she  took  the  wand  to  give  it  to  her  mom  but  had  a  change  of  heart  and  she  ended  up  not  doing  it.  Evie’s  actions  were  when  she  was  using  her  magic  mirror  to  find  the  answer  to  a  problem.    

 

 

Motives    

They  both  had  a  motive  of  stealing  a  wand  to  give  to  their  parents  to  take  over  the  world.  Mal’s  ultimate  motive  was  to  make  Ben  fall  in  love  with  her  so  she  can  get  in  touch  with  the  wand  and  steal  it.  Evie  decided  to  use  the  magic  mirror  so  Chad  Charming  could  fall  in  love  with  her.    

 

 

 

 

 

Family/Friends  They  are  best  friends  and  consider  each  other  sisters.  They  both  have  the  same  friends  like  Jay  and  Carlos.  Also  they  live  together  with  Jay  and  Carlos  in  an  evil  layer.  Mal’s  family  is  just  Maleficent  [her  mom].  Evie’s  family  is  the  evil  queen  [her  mom].  Mal’s  friend  is  the  fairy  godmother’s  daughter  [not  real  a  friend  but  pretending  so  she  can  grab  the  wand].Evie’s  friend  is  Chad  [until  she  noticed  he  was  a  fool].  

 

Conclusion  

I  hope  that  you  have  learned  enough  about  Mal  and  Evie,  their  differences  and  similarities,  their   ,  appearance
