• Pilote classe 2 avion, 200 h de vol
• Vous le suivez pour sa classe 2
• 1 épisode de palpitations : – Holter ECG : 88 ESA, avec 1 doublet et 6 salves
supraventriculaires, court passage en fibrillation auriculaire (2 mn)
– ETT : pas de cardiopathie sous-jacente; noter une oreillette 25 cm²
– l’échocardiographie d’effort est maximale négative.
