eWPTS Hot Cut CLEC View: This document outlines the capabilities of the Enhanced Wholesale Provisioning Tracking System for Hot Cuts, hereafter referred to as “eWPTS”, as a web based organizational and notification tool. The system was created to assist RCCC (Regional CLEC Coordination Center) Personnel, Central Office Frame Personnel, and the CLEC’s in the administrative functions associated with Hot Cuts. The system is designed to easily organize Hot Cut orders in various ways to assist in identifying Cable Pair Mismatches, IDLC and Dial Tone problems that could result in a missed Due Date. eWPTS mechanizes the Go Ahead, Cut Through and Confirmation notification process.

Filters:

Filters options include: Due Date This is a 14 day forward and two day back date

range by which work may be sorted and (ALL) These dates change weekly. This is a drop down menu.

From To Input Field Allows CLEC to search for orders by a selected From and To date range.

Region Sorts by Verizon Footprint Checklist Status This is a drop down menu that contains the various

types of order or circuit “status” that may appear. You can also use this menu to sort by specific order status. The status types will be listed in the Orders and Confirm views only. (Updated)

IDLC This field will allow you to choose either AM or PM Dispatch of IDCL orders

VZ Tech This is a manual entry that allows you to search by the individual 3 digit alpha or numeric Verizon employee code. You may search by single or multiple tech ID’s. Always separate multiple ID’s with a comma.

Facility Type This field will allow you to view specific facilities (All, All copper, All IDLC, Some or All IDLC, Mixed, Unknown)

Circuit Type This field will allow you to search by Verizon Circuit ID’s. The choices for this field are All, ARDU, TXNU, TYNU & AQDU. This is a drop down menu.

Coordination Type This field will allow you to view specific coordination types: All, Basic, Large Jobs, Batch

CLLI This is a manual entry that allows you to sort by the Verizon Central Office CLLI code. You may search by single or multiple CLLI’s. Always separate multiple CLLI’s with a comma

MCN This field allows you to search by individual CLEC’s ACNA’s or AECN’s, specific to your company. This field is a manual entry.
