We have offered franchises for Autograph Collection hotels since November 2009. As of December 31, 2015, there were 55 Autograph Collection hotels open and operating in North America (U.S. and Canada); of these, 52 were franchised. The data above reflects the performance of all 27 franchised Autograph Collection hotels open for 24 months as of December 31, 2015, for which Smith Travel Research, Inc. has data and which did not undergo material renovations or expansions during the 24 months preceding conversion. The hotels are located in the U.S. and Canada. Of the 27 hotels, 14 (51.9%) achieved an average occupancy rate equal to or greater than 77.9%; 10 (37.0%) achieved an average daily room rate equal to or greater than $215.97; 9 (33.3%) achieved an average RevPAR equal to or greater than $168.23; and 14 (51.9%) achieved an average RevPAR Index equal to or greater than 104.9%.
