Twenty-two-year Studio veteran Kevin Tsujihara became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Warner Bros. in March 2013. In this role, he oversees worldwide operations, including film, television and video game production, marketing and distribution for one of the most innovative and successful entertainment companies in the world. During his tenure at WBHE, Tsujihara also guided significant deals in the games space, including the acquisitions of Turbine, Snowblind Studios, the assets of Midway Games, Rocksteady Studios and TT Games, which was the genesis of the Studio’s extensive and highly successful relationship with The LEGO Group, which includes videogames, feature films (including 2014’s blockbuster The LEGO Movie), digital content and consumer products.

Ed Romano was named Vice Chairman, Warner Bros. Entertainment in December 2014.  Serving as Warner Bros.’ first-ever Vice Chairman, Romano works closely with CEO, Kevin Tsujihara, to implement growth strategies for the company, including international expansion, digital transition and resource reallocation from mature businesses to high opportunity, content-creating divisions. Prior to his promotion, Romano served as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. In this capacity, he was responsible for all financial activities of the company, including financial reporting, budgeting and planning for future business growth.  In addition, he was also responsible for management information services, studio facilities and corporate real estate. During his tenure with the company, Romano has also served as Assistant Treasurer, Controller, Vice President & Controller, and Senior Vice President & Controller.

Richard Fox serves as Executive Vice President, International, Warner Bros. Entertainment, a post to which he was promoted in 1992. In this role he works closely with Kevin Tsujihara, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer to develop opportunities emerging from the company’s international growth, focusing mainly on China. In January 2016, Fox relocated to Beijing to spearhead the expansion of the Studio’s activities in China, as well as oversee Warner Bros.’ 49 percent interest in Flagship Entertainment, a Chinese language film co-production joint venture with China Media Capital (CMC) founded in 2015. As part of his Flagship responsibilities, Fox will work with Warner Bros. executives to distribute Flagship titles outside of China.

Thomas Gewecke was named Chief Digital Officer and Executive Vice President, Strategy and Business Development, Warner Bros. Entertainment in May 2013. In this position, he is responsible for driving the Studio’s worldwide digital growth and managing its global business strategy. Gewecke is charged with coordinating the company’s various digital distribution strategies to maximize the value of Warner Bros.’ content across all current and emerging digital exhibition platforms. Prior to his current role, Gewecke served as President of Warner Bros. Digital Distribution, a position he had held since January 2008. Under Gewecke, WBDD expanded its global footprint to make the Studio’s movie and television content available for transactional purchase in every major market, through more than 100 digital retail partners, and was consistently recognized as a leader and innovator in the distribution of digital content.

Dee Dee Myers became Executive Vice President, Worldwide Corporate Communications and Public Affairs in September 2014. She oversees all of the company's corporate communications strategies and activities on a global basis, including media relations, public positioning, executive communications, corporate responsibility and philanthropy. Prior to joining Warner Bros., Myers most recently served as Managing Director of the Glover Park Group, where she used her years of experience in politics and media to counsel clients on strategic and crisis communications, reputation management and integrated marketing. Myers served as White House Press Secretary during President Bill Clinton's first term and was the first woman to hold the position. After leaving the White House, she worked as a political analyst, commentator and writer as well as a contributing editor to Vanity Fair. She is the author of the New York Times best-selling book Why Women Should Rule the World. She also co-hosted the CNBC political talk show Equal Time and served as a consultant on Warner Bros. Television’s Emmy Award-winning drama series The West Wing.

John Rogovin became Executive Vice President & General Counsel in January 2009. Rogovin oversees a worldwide staff of more than 165 lawyers responsible for the company’s legal needs, including litigation, transactions, intellectual property, antitrust counseling, content protection, and labor and employment law. Since joining the Studio, Rogovin has successfully led the legal strategy related to a wide variety of matters involving some of Warner Bros.’ most iconic properties, including Superman, The Hobbit, Lord of the Rings and Two and a Half Men. Rogovin joined Warner Bros. following a distinguished career in public service and private practice, where he specialized in federal court litigation, regulatory proceedings, and mergers and acquisitions.

Akihiko (Kiko) Washington became the Executive Vice President, Worldwide Human Resources in January 2009. Based at Warner Bros. Studios in Burbank, Washington is responsible for managing the company’s human resources department on a worldwide basis, including organizational planning and development, recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee training and development, employee relations, employee communications, shared services and work-life initiatives. He also works closely with all Time Warner divisions on meeting overall human resources management objectives. Washington joined Warner Bros. in August 2000 as Senior VP, Worldwide Human Resources. He came from Time Warner, where he served as Vice President, Human Resources Planning and International Human Resources Management, working with the human resource professionals across Time Warner’s divisions to create a career development initiative with the objective of guaranteeing that the most talented and diverse pool of candidates was readily available to the company at all times.

Kim Williams became Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Warner Bros. Entertainment, in January 2015. In this role, she has responsibility for all financial activities of the company, including financial reporting, budgeting and planning for future business growth. Williams is responsible for setting the Studio’s financial agenda, working directly with the Studio’s CEO, corporate officers and senior management. Prior to joining Warner Bros., Williams served as Chief Financial Officer for CORE Media Group. Before that, she served as Chief Operating Officer of NFL Network, responsible for the NFL’s cable television assets as well as administrative oversight of the NFL’s facilities and studios in Culver City. She also previously served as Chief Financial Officer for the NFL, responsible for the League’s overall financial activities.

Paul Broucek serves as President, Music, Warner Bros. Pictures, responsible for the overall creative direction of Warner Bros. Pictures’ music operations. Pictures’ producers and directors. In addition, he has oversight of WaterTower Music. Prior to taking his current role at Warner Bros. Pictures in 2009, Broucek launched Common Market, a music consulting, production and publishing company specializing in productions for film, television, records, online, commercials, games and new media. Previously, he served as President, Music at New Line Cinema from 2004 to 2008, culminating 12 years at the company during which he also served as Executive Music Producer for the Academy Award-winning The Lord of the Rings film trilogy among a number of other notable titles.

One of the most highly regarded and influential figures in the history of reality TV programming in the U.S., Mike Darnell serves as President, Warner Bros. Unscripted and Alternative Television. In this role, Darnell has supervision of all of the Studio’s reality-based TV content creation, including nearly 30 series as of January 2015. He has oversight of Telepictures, one of the entertainment industry’s leading producers of first-run programming for the syndicated marketplace as well as cable, and an innovator in the digital space with TMZ.com. Darnell also oversees all reality-based programming produced by the highly successful Warner Horizon Unscripted Television for the broadcast network and cable marketplace, as well as Shed Media. Some of Darnell’s most successful projects include long-running hit series American Idol, as well as Kitchen Nightmares, Hell’s Kitchen, So You Think You Can Dance, MasterChef, Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?, Don’t Forget the Lyrics!, Temptation Island, Joe Millionaire, The Simple Life, My Big Fat Obnoxious Fiancé, Family Guy, and Futurama.

Christopher deFaria serves as President, Animation, Digital Production and Visual Effects, Warner Bros. Pictures, a post to which he was promoted in April 2013. In this role, deFaria oversees feature film animation activities and the development and production of visual effects for Warner Bros Pictures. Using cutting-edge technology, deFaria is charged with spearheading the Studio’s expanding efforts in innovative animation and hybrid filmmaking. Recently, he served as an executive producer for Alfonso Cuarón’s Gravity and the visual effects executive for Zack Snyder’s Man of Steel. Toby Emmerich has served as President & Chief Operating Officer of New Line Cinema since 2008. In this role, he has full oversight of New Line Cinema’s development, production, and financial operations, and leads the company’s efforts to forge new opportunities to diversify and build on its dynamic legacy. Emmerich is also charged with steering the live stage play division of Warner Bros. Theatre Ventures. Jon Gilbert, President, Worldwide Studio Facilities, is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and management of all facilities and backlot operations on the Warner Bros. Studios lot and Ranch facility in Burbank and Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden in the U.K., including all production, post-production and studio operation services. Gilbert is also responsible for charting the Studio’s development and strategic plan. Under Gilbert’s direction, Warner Bros. Studio Facilities runs the foremost motion picture and television production and post-production operations in the world. Gilbert was named to his current post in October of 2012, having served as President of Warner Bros. Studio Facilities since 2000. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President, Warner Bros. Studio Facilities. He has also served as Vice President, Labor Relations, for Lorimar Telepictures and as a labor relations attorney for ABC.

David Haddad is President, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, a post to which he was promoted in October 2015. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of WBIE’s overall operations, including publishing, operations, sales, marketing, digital/mobile games, business development and game production. Under Haddad’s oversight, WBIE creates games across all platforms utilizing its wholly owned, award-winning development studios—TT Games, Rocksteady Studios, NetherRealm Studios, Monolith Productions, Turbine, WB Games Montreal and WB Games San Francisco. rior to joining WBIE, Haddad was the COO of the Guitar Hero Division, one of the top video game franchises of all time, of Activision Blizzard, where he was responsible for all aspects of the global business. Before the merger of Activision and Vivendi Games, Haddad was COO of the Sierra Online division. Haddad oversaw Sierra Online’s global product marketing, sales, live production and business development initiatives for PC platform and console downloadable titles.

Craig Hunegs was named President, Business and Strategy, Warner Bros. Television Group in May 2013. In this role, he is responsible for overall Television Group performance and for creating traditional television and digital growth for Warner Bros.’ industry-leading television business. Hunegs reports directly to Warner Bros. Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Kevin Tsujihara. In the core Television Group business, Hunegs is actively managing the expansion of international local production, increased production for U.S. basic and premium cable networks and SVOD services, the growth of Warner Bros. Animation’s kids business and the evolution of linear and on-demand TV distribution windows. Hunegs’ focus on Television Group growth includes key digital initiatives in short form programming production, interactive games, OTT distribution and the Studio’s investment in Machinima, a leading MCN targeting fandom and gamer audiences and creators. He is on the board of The CW network, and plays an active role in setting its linear and digital distribution strategies. The CW is enjoying breakout success this season, fueled by WBTV’s The Flash and Arrow, among other programs. Hunegs is also the lead deal maker for all Television Group production divisions.

Mark Kaufman serves as Executive Vice President, Warner Bros. Theatre Ventures and in this role is charged with identifying titles and characters from the world-renowned Warner Bros. Entertainment library that might lend themselves to the stage and developing them into theatrical productions. Under Kaufman’s leadership, Theatre Ventures is constantly exploring production opportunities, working in various capacities with award-winning theater, film and television producers. The division’s roster of upcoming projects includes dramas, comedies and musicals based on both library titles and original concepts. Additionally, Kaufman is responsible for the division’s licensing of third-party stage rights to the various properties held within the Studio’s vast media library, including such recent stage productions as The Wizard of Oz, The Color Purple, Hairspray, 42nd Street, Singin’ in the Rain, Top Hat and The Bodyguard, as well as the upcoming Diner and Honeymoon in Vegas.

Sue Kroll serves as President, Worldwide Marketing and Distribution for Warner Bros. Pictures. As marketing chief, she oversees the strategic creation and implementation of marketing campaigns for the Studio’s global releases. Additionally, she collaborates closely with Greg Silverman and Toby Emmerich on the strategic development of a diversified production slate to build upon the Studio’s legacy and impressive record of success. She also runs Warner Bros. Pictures Worldwide Distribution, working with that division’s president, Veronika Kwan Vandenberg, as well as the Studio’s network of overseas offices and affiliates, to strategically date film releases for the global marketplace. Kroll was promoted to her current role in July 2015, having previously served as President, Worldwide Marketing and International Distribution since June 2013. A 22-year Studio veteran, Kroll was first named President, Worldwide Marketing, Warner Bros. Pictures in 2008. In 2016, Kroll and her marketing team are handling one of the industry’s most diverse release slates with titles such as the highly anticipated Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, The Conjuring 2,Central Intelligence, Suicide Squad, Sully, Storks, The Accountant and Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, among others.

Charged with the release of the Studio’s films worldwide, Kwan Vandenberg oversees all matters relating to global film distribution and release functions, including dating strategies, competitive positioning, tracking of box-office grosses and film rentals, exhibitor trade relations, filmmaker relationships, tracking film performances and market data and trends, as well as divisional anti-piracy efforts for Warner Bros. Pictures. Kwan Vandenberg is among a select group of senior executives who provide information to the Studio on the market potential of movies under consideration for production. In 2015, Kwan Vandenberg and her team are handling one of the industry’s most diverse release slates with titles such as Clint Eastwood’s critically acclaimed and record-breaking  American Sniper(expansion), Mad Max: Fury Road, San Andreas, Magic Mike XXL, Vacation, Black Mass, The Intern,Pan, Our Brand is Crisis and In the Heart of the Sea.

In this role, she oversees all WBCP business functions, including domestic and international licensing, worldwide marketing, business and legal affairs, finance, and retail business development related to some of the most highly regarded entertainment franchises in the world. WBCP’s portfolio of licensing properties includes DC Comics’ Batman and Superman, Harry Potter,The Hobbit Trilogy, Looney Tunes and Scooby-Doo, among many others. Lifford works directly with WBCP’s executive team to optimize Warner Bros.’ slate of film, television and animation properties driven by the characters of DC Entertainment; the stories and characters from J.K. Rowling’s Wizarding World; and classic animation favorites. Additionally, she leads the efforts to continue to build WBCP’s successful global themed entertainment business, which includes the groundbreaking The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, as well as identify new opportunities within the Studio’s vast content library. She also works with colleagues at Turner via Cartoon Network and Boomerang to support and build the Warner Bros.’ overall kids’ businesses.

 President of DC Entertainment, Nelson is charged with leading the efforts to fully realize the power and value of DC Entertainment’s rich portfolio of stories and characters, including such cultural icons as Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman, across all media and platforms, while strategically integrating the DC Comics, Vertigo and MAD brands deeply across Warner Bros. Entertainment and all its content and distribution businesses. Nelson’s responsibilities at Warner Bros. Consumer Products include working with divisional management on the group’s overall business functions, including domestic and international licensing, worldwide marketing, business and legal affairs, finance and retail business development. WBCP represents some of the most highly regarded entertainment franchises in the world, including DC Comics, Harry Potter, “The Hobbit” Trilogy, “Godzilla,” Looney Tunes, Scooby-Doo and “The Big Bang Theory,” among many others. Steve Papazian is responsible for overseeing all aspects of physical production for films produced by Warner Bros. Pictures and New Line Cinema domestically and in locations around the world. Recent box-office and critical successes produced during Papazian’s tenure include The LEGO Movie, which earned more than $465 million globally, Godzilla, Gravity, The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug, Man of Steel, The Great Gatsby and the 2012 Academy Award Best Picture winner, Argo. Other notable Studio films include the trilogy of Matrix releases, Batman Begins and its sequels, The Dark Knight and the billion-dollar global phenomenon The Dark Knight Rises, Invictus, Sherlock Holmes and its 2011 sequel Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows, Clash of the Titans and its 2012 sequel Wrath of the Titans, Inception, The Hangover and its two sequels, and the Studio’s Harry Potterfilms, the most successful film franchise of all time, with the final installment, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2 earning more than $1.3 billion at the global box office.

Mark Pedowitz was named President, The CW in April 2011, overseeing all aspects of the network, including programming, sales, marketing, distribution, finance, research and publicity. Under Pedowitz’s guidance, The CW has made several bold, transformative moves, including bolstering its primetime schedule with more original programming, launching the network’s first ever summer schedule and becoming more aggressive in the digital and social media space, especially through its landmark deals with Netflix and Hulu. A veteran network and television studio executive, Pedowitz joined The CW with a strong background in program development, production and business affairs. As President of ABC Studios from 2004-2009, his leadership produced multiple seasons of successful programming that fed the Walt Disney Company's distribution pipelines worldwide, including such hit series as Lost, Desperate Housewives,Grey’s Anatomy, Ugly Betty, Scrubs, Army Wives, Ghost Whisperer and Criminal Minds.

In this capacity, Register supervises Blue Ribbon Content (BRC), the Studio’s shortform digital content production unit formed in April 2014, and is responsible for spearheading the development and production of original live-action digital series for the company. He is charged with identifying opportunities for collaboration with new writers and producers, as well as tapping the creative talent already working at the Studio. In addition to live-action, BRC is also producing animated programming and is also experimenting with emerging platforms such as virtual reality. BRC’s initial program slate includes the series Justice League: Gods and Monsters Chronicles, for Machinima; an untitled Mortal Kombat series to be distributed by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment; and Play It Again, Dick, for CW Seed. Current series produced by WBA under Register’s leadership include Teen Titans Go!, The Tom and Jerry Show and the upcoming Be Cool Scooby-Doo! and Wabbit – A Looney Tunes Production, for Cartoon Network, as well as Mike Tyson Mysteries for Adult Swim. Home Entertainment titles includeJustice League: War, Son of Batman, Scooby-Doo! Moon Monster Madness and more.

In this capacity, Roth retains his titles and responsibilities as President, Warner Bros. Television, Warner Horizon Television and Warner Bros. Animation, while adding creative oversight of both Telepictures and Shed Media (producing unscripted programming for syndication and primetime), as well as Warner Bros. International Television Production (producing local versions of Studio-owned programming in territories around the world and developing original local programming on a market-by-market basis).Roth’s acumen for developing and producing successful programming has brought Warner Bros. the distinction of being the most prolific studio in Hollywood during his tenure. In this role, Sanders is responsible for all the Studio’s transactional home entertainment businesses globally (video, digital, and games). His purview includes oversight of sales, marketing, finance, supply chain management, legal and human resources. Warner Bros. has enjoyed the leading market share among Hollywood studios in the video and digital home entertainment arena since 2004.

From 2005 to 2013, Sanders served as President, Worldwide, Warner Home Video. Following the restructuring of the Studio’s television and home entertainment operations in May 2013, he added oversight of WBIE’s global distribution activities, as well as Warner Bros.’ global electronic sell-through and transactional video-on-demand businesses. Additionally, Sanders works closely with DC Entertainment with regard to the retail distribution of DC Entertainment-branded products.

Jeffrey R. Schlesinger was named President, Warner Bros. Worldwide Television Distribution in May 2013 responsible for distribution of the Studio’s content to all television platforms worldwide, including the sale of previously produced series and feature films to U.S. broadcast and cable outlets, domestic syndication and sales to SVOD and AVOD platforms.

He is also responsible for the business operations of Warner Bros. International Television Production, which has a mandate to acquire or build operating production companies in major territories around the world to create locally produced versions of programs owned by the Studio and to develop original local programming on a market by market basis. And, with Peter Roth, President & Chief Content Officer, Warner Bros. Television Group, he shares oversight of Warner Bros. Worldwide Television Marketing. Schlesinger reports directly to Kevin Tsujihara, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Warner Bros.

Greg Silverman was named President, Creative Development and Worldwide Production, Warner Bros. Pictures in June 2013. In this role, he has full oversight of Warner Bros. Pictures’ development activities, global production and budget. Silverman also works with Warner Bros. Pictures’ senior management to seek new opportunities to diversify and build upon the success the company has consistently achieved. He reports to Kevin Tsujihara, Chairman and CEO, Warner Bros. Recent global box-office successes include The LEGO Movie, 300: Rise of an Empire, Godzilla, and Alfonso Cuaron’s Academy Award-winning Gravity. In 2013, Warner Bros. Pictures had its most successful year ever, grossing $5.038 billion at the global box office (only the second time a studio has crossed $5 billion), driven by a diverse roster of critical and commercial hits. Prior to his current post, Silverman served as President, Production, Warner Bros. Pictures for two years, after various senior positions within the Pictures Group, including Executive Vice President, Creative Development and Production, where he shepherded the enormously successful and critically acclaimed 300, The Dark Knight, The Hangover and the global phenomenon Inception, among other films.

Steven S. Spira serves as President, Worldwide Business Affairs, Warner Bros. Pictures, a post to which he was promoted in January 2004. In this position, he is responsible for overseeing the business aspects of the Studio’s worldwide operations as they pertain to development, production and distribution of theatrical films for Warner Bros. Pictures. Prior to his current position, Spira had served as Executive Vice President, Worldwide Business Affairs, Warner Bros. Pictures since August 1999. Before that, he was Executive Vice President, Theatrical Business Affairs, a post to which he was promoted in 1996. He has also served as Senior Vice President, Theatrical Business Affairs and Vice President, Business Affairs, a position he was promoted to in 1986, after joining the Studio in 1985. Before his affiliation with Warner Bros. Pictures, Spira was senior counsel for Twentieth Century Fox, following 10 years with the New York-based law firm of Monasch, Chazen and Stream.

President, Domestic Television Distribution

Ken Werner serves as President, Warner Bros. Domestic Television Distribution, overseeing the operations of one of the entertainment industry’s leading distributors of entertainment programming to the domestic television marketplace. In this role, Werner supervises the distribution of all Warner Bros. Entertainment programming, including first-run syndicated series, off-network television programs and feature films. Werner was named WBDTD's President in August 2006, taking charge of local television station distribution of first-run and off-network syndicated series, as well as theatrical motion pictures. In January 2008, as part of a restructuring by the Warner Bros. Television Group to combine the operations of WBDTD with those of the Warner Bros. Domestic Cable Distribution unit, Werner added responsibility for the pay, cable, satellite and broadcast network sales activities previously handled by WBDCD. Werner now directs an expanded and consolidated Domestic Television Distribution operation charged with distributing all Warner Bros. Entertainment programming to all domestic television outlets and subscription video-on-demand platforms (such as Netflix, Amazon and Hulu). First-run series distributed by WBDTD under Werner’s leadership include Telepictures Productions’ The Ellen DeGeneres Show, TMZ, TMZ Live, Extra, Judge Mathis and The People’s Court, and the upcoming talk show The Real for fall 2014. Current off-network programs include The Big Bang Theory, The Middle, Friends, The Mentalist and The Closer (weekend broadcast window). Mike & Mollywill join the off-net marketplace in fall 2014 and 2 Broke Girls and Person of Interest in fall 2015.
