About the Ignite Conference 2011
The Ignite Conference is the Largest Annual Conference of AIESEC Vietnam each year. This conference is for all of Vietnamese AIESECers gather together to make an overview AIESEC plan in next term, to build a strong connection among LCs.
This Summer, the Ignite Conference will bring more than 200 Vietnamese AIESECers and 20++ international AIESECers from other countries with more than 20 partners. Through so many activities: discussion, training, competition, outdoor game, night parties,… AIESECers have chance to interact to each other, learn more about team work, fulfill potential, gain professional and leadership skills,… Moreover, AIESECers will have chance to express themselves, to show their best performance, make impact on others and contribute to the growth of AIESEC Vietnam.

Venue Developing Leaders Day and Career Fair The venue of these events is Riverside Palace located at 360D Ben Van Don Street, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City. Riverside Palace is a magnificent mansion with spacious lounge surround large, looks full of aristocratic elegance of European architecture. Located in the downtown area, the Ben Thanh market just 5 minutes drive, traffic is very convenient. Inherited atmosphere windy side of the Saigon River and an open space. Riverside Palace is the perfect location for the wedding party, formal, professional conferences and memorable events.
Ignite Conference The venue of the conference is Cong Doan Hotel located at 4 Tran Hung Dao Street, Ward 3, Vung Tau City. Cong Doan Hotel is in the center of Vung Tau City, near beach and entertainment-park with full qualified equipment. Cong Doan is the most suitable choice for any events, wedding party.

Instruction of Fee Payment
I. Delegation Fee
1. Full Attendance:
AIESEC Vietnam current member: 1,300,000VND International delegate: 150USD Current intern in Vietnam, Exchange Participant, Alumnus: 1,700,000VND
2. Half Attendance:
Participating in 2 days or less than 2 days: + AIESEC Vietnam current member: 50% of full attendance fee. + International delegate: 50% of full attendance fee. + Current intern in Vietnam, Exchange Participant, Alumnus: 50% of full attendance fee.
Participating in more than 2 days, the fee will be as full attendance fee.
II. Payment Process
For local delegates, EPs and interns: Charged by LCs. Submit to LC VPF upon LC request. All communication about delegation fee would be officially confirmed by OC to LC VPFs. LCs bear the liability of delegation fee to OC.
For International delegates: Cash in hand to OC Finance at registration on the first day of the Conference July 3th, 2011 in USD or VND at VCB Bank Rate.
For alumni with full attendance: Cash in hand to OC Finance at registration on the first day of the Conference July 3th, 2011.
III. Cancellation
Cancellation will be accepted and delegation fee will not need to be paid if registration is cancelled before 1st of June, 2011.
Cancellation will be accepted and delegation fee will have to be paid a half if registration is cancelled from 1st of June to 15th of June, 2011.
Cancellation will be accepted and delegation fee will have to be paid full if registration is cancelled after 15th of June, 2011.

Post Tour Da Lat City, this city is known as the city of thousands of flowers and pine trees or the city of External Spring or the city of Love, is probably one of Vietnam’s most well-known vacation destinations. The City of External Spring has long been popular with Vietnamese and foreigners because of its flowers, weather, landscapes and tourist sites.
Love Valley, Bao Dai Palace, Domain De Marie Church, LangBiang Mountain, Thien Vien Truc Lam, Prenn Waterfall, Linh Phuoc Pagoda, DaLat Market, Pongour Waterfall… and so many amazing places are waiting for you to discover.
