The employee is free to leave THE BRAND, at any time, as is THE BRAND, free to determine that the continued relationship is not in its best interests. THE BRAND, reserves the right to change the status of or terminate any employee at any time, with or without cause or with or without notice. THE BRAND, also reserves the right to lay off or terminate employees if or when a position no longer exists or there is an economic need to reduce the workforce. PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEES Employees who have not completed the probationary period may be dismissed with or without cause, for any reason, and without notice or pay in lieu of notice. NON-PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEES Employees who have passed their probationary period may be dismissed with or without cause. THE BRAND, will have the option of giving the employee fifteen (15) working days notice of termination or pay in lieu of notice. In addition, THE BRAND, has the sole authority and discretion to grant severance pay conditioned on the employee signing a standard separation of employment agreement, containing a general release. The amount of the severance pay, if granted, will be determined solely by THE BRAND. Regardless of the above, in the event THE BRAND, considers that the employee has engaged in either gross negligence or willful misconduct, THE BRAND, has the right to terminate the employee without giving either notice or pay in lieu of notice. VOLUNTARY TERMINATION

Should any employee desire to leave voluntarily, the employee should provide at least fifteen (15) working days notice of termination THE BRAND, reserve the right to provide pay in lieu of notice to any employee who decides to voluntarily terminate the employment.
