HEAVY DUTY BUCKET

The Heavy Duty bucket is available for excavators ranging in weight from 14 to 53 tonnes. This type of bucket range is ideal for light and medium duty general construction work as well as for use in more demanding excavating conditions. The Heavy Duty bucket comes with a cast corner section and side cutters for increased wear protection. Common digging materials include soil, dirt and soft gravel.

HEAVY-DUTY GRADING BUCKET

Doosan grading buckets are available for machines ranging in size from 14 to 30 tonnes. The grading bucket has formed folded sections for additional strength; wear straps, weld-in cast side cutters, and2 web plates for added rigidity. Features of these buckets include:

• Diamond folded top section for excavators larger than 14 tonnesfor increased structural strength

• Reduced weight with high quality, abrasion-resistant material• Extra side and bottom wear plates, using AR400 heat treated special

alloy steel as standard • Two web plates provide additional strength and distribute stresses

evenly throughout the bucket • The slim design of the web plates provides more space for easier

transport of the buckets • Deep profile ideal for leveling and loading applications

ROCK BUCKET

The Rock bucket is available for machines ranging in size from 14 to over 53 tonnes. This bucket range is designed for tough overburden digging applications. Typically the material in these applications is dense and/or abrasive in nature such as earth/rock, sand/clay, sand/gravel mixtures. The Rock bucket has an upgraded heavier cutting edge and teeth for increased strength. High abrasion-resistant materials and added reinforcements in critical areas, maximum durability and long life are core features of this bucket design.

Our standard flat bottom buckets are ideal for general excavation work in soft soils. DART buckets are ideal for excavation of dense clayand light rock.
