Excellence 65 Windows & Doors

Excellence 65 is a thermally broken three-chamber window and door system with a building

depth of 65 mm. It ensures a high standard of stability and thermal insulation. Available in a wide

range of designer fi nishes, Excellence 65 is used for both inward and outward opening windows

and doors, making it the perfect solution for applications in new built or refurbishment projects.

The system also includes a safety version, adding an increased security.

• Excellence 65 is the perfect solution for all standard applications for windows and doors.

• It is compatible within its profi le and hardware range, as well as other RC System products such as our curtain wall and conservatory systems.

• The system accommodates glazing of 10 - 49,5 mm for frame and 10 - 59,5 mm for vent. For plates, the infi ll thickness can start from 2 mm.

• The combination of multipoint locking, safety glass and special hardware ensures a high resistance against forced entry. Internal tubular glazing beads prevent unclipping from the outside.

Resistance class: ENV 1627 - 1630 class 2.• A wide range of locking and non-locking handles are

integrated into the system.• All standard shade and ventilation systems can easily be

integrated in Excellence 65.• The additional strength of a 3-chamber system with a

building depth of 65 mm makes it possible to construct high entrances, complex structures and large surfaces with a minimum sightline and a maximum of light penetration.

• Corner connection by two cleats gives the construction greater strength, rigidity and stability.

• A wide range of reinforced mullions and transoms, for greater stability on large spans is integrated.

• Excellence 65 includes several weather barriers by means of specially designed gaskets, a large decompression chamber and internal drainage to assure perfect weather resistance.

• Special finishing profiles allow additional building drainage.• The use of multiple gaskets greatly enhances the system’s

• Over 400 powder coated paint colours, including some unique wood effect and textured metallic ranges, available in matt, gloss or satin.

• Profiles and accessories are available in anodised finishes.• The polyamide thermal break permits bi-colour finishes to

answer the exterior building requirements without infringing the inside design requests.

• Our surface finishes meet the highest standards of Qualicoat or Qualanod.

• All RC System profiles can easily be cleaned with water, whilst cleaning your windows.

• Aluminium does not rust, rot or tear and the shape does not deform.

• Aluminium is a green product. It can be recycled infinitely without quality loss.

• Excellence 65 is available in 7 designs: Classic (straight), Softline (rounded), Rustic (decorative), Futuro (bent), Reko (renovation), HV (hidden vent) and Altbau (block).

• Hidden drainage to avoid cover caps. • Doors can be fl ush or overlapping, single or double, in- and

outward opening.• A comprehensive range of supplementary fi nishing profi les

allows perfect integration of the fenestration into the commercial, industrial or residential building.

• A wide choice of hinges, handles and hardware fi nalise your specifi c needs.

• Vent, frame and transom profi les are available in various dimensions to solve design and stability requirements.

Sa fe t ysecurity, a standard solution

• The Excellence 65 SF is developed to add increased security to buildings such as banks and ground fl oor offi ces.

• Despite its slim sightline, Excellence 65 SF is a robust system that will discourage even the most determined intruder.

• Internal tubular glazing beads prevent unclipping from the outside.• In combination with burglar resistant glass, safety-hardware and multipoint

locking, the SF ensures perfect resistance.• Security level: ENV 1627 - 1630 class 3.

• Excellence 65 profi les have three chambers. The 25 mm omega shaped glass fi bre reinforced polyamide strips reduce the thermal conduction. As a result, Excellence 65 implies a high thermal performance level and improved total insulation, leading to lower total energy consumption and contribution to the environment.

• Inward opening vents have a central gasket for enhanced thermal and acoustic performance.

• Excellence 65 belongs to insulation class 2.1 (DIN 4108). Uw < 2 W/m2K with glass Ug = 1,4 W/m2K (EN ISO 10077-1 /

EN ISO 10077-2)

Fab r i ca t i onmodularity for fast assembly

• Excellence 65 belongs to Eurosystem. It is complementary to other Eurosystem series and results in modularity between systems. This allows fabricators to keep a minimal stock to solve a maximum of solutions and to offer a maximum service.

• The Euronut groove accommodates all standard hardware.• Three different methods of connections are available.• Punching tools specifi cally designed for the Eurosystem series

ensure accurate and fast assembly.
