Higher education for women has multiple goals of
character building for social development, skill
building for national development and teacher
competency building for education development.
It is education which increases women's abilities to
deal with the problems of her life, her family, her
society and nation. Education increases confidence
in women. They have the attitude of gender party
among their children right from health care, nutrition,
education and even career.
Faculty development and skill based education are
two important keys to the excellence and efficiency in
higher education for women. This conference will
also make suggestions for bridging the gap between
education and employment for women assessing the
efficiency of higher education for them. This
conference will highlight some of the current
practices of educational plannings and their
limitations.

Biyani Girls B.Ed College invites papers preferably research
based from teachers, teacher educators, researchers, NGOs
and the functionaries working in the areas of school and
teacher education on the aforementioned themes. The paper
should be typed in MS-Word, English font size 12 (Times New
Roman), Hindi font size 15 (DevLys 010) with in 2000 words.
References should be given in APA style. Abstract must be
written within 250-300 words. The contributors are requested
to send the full paper and abstract to the convener through
email ( ). The last date of receiving
full paper with abstract is 20th November, 2018. No paper will
be considered after the due date.
