who showed greatpotential to setup Zulu Mnguni Enterprises and

CTI Projects.

Zulu Mnguni Enterprisesand CTI Projectsowned by previouslydisadvantaged staffof CV Projects haveentered into anagreement withCV Projects to beindependentcontractors tothe company asopposed to employees.The success of thisgoal is driven by anintensive trainingprocess to which bothparties are committed.The empowered companiesare assisted with theirfinances and monitoredby a third partyadministrator toaid them succeedwith this venture.

This has proved to be apositive step for CTI Projectsand C & R Shopfittersas they are now able tostand on their own feet andare successfully tradingindependently.
