PHANG NGA BAY & CAVE KAYAKING ADVENTURES

Ao Phang Nga National Park was created by Royal decree in 1981 and covers an area of over 400 square kilometers. Most famous for its karsts limestone rock formations and over 120 bizarre-shaped islands, it also protects the largest area of primary mangrove forest in �ailand. �is excursion will visit a number of caves, the likes of which are named eccentrically: Bat Cave, Ice Cream Cave and Mangrove Cave. �e caves are an integral part of this adventure and guests can either walk or kayak inside them using specialized rubber “cave kayaks”. �e pace of this adventure is leisurely and no kayaking experience is necessary.

JAMES BOND ISLAND & HONG ISLAND KAYAKING

James Bond Island was used as the backdrop for the 1974 James Bond �lm “�e Man with the Golden Gun”.Situated in spectacular Phang Nga Bay, this is certainly the most famous of the karts’ limestone rock formations in the area. �is excursion will feature a mini-tour of Phang Nga Bay by Long Tail boat; stopping nearby James Bond Island to walk through the village of Pan Yee, a traditional Sea Gypsy village. Next stopover will be Hong Island and a brief period of kayaking. �e tour will culminate with a swim on the beautiful eastern beach of our very own Naka Yai Island.

SNORKELING & SWIMMING AT KOH KHAI

Koh Khai or Egg Island is named for its small round shape – just like an egg! Guests may swim from an exquisite sandy beach into a crystal clear sea, feed and be surrounded by beautiful tropical �sh. Snorkeling equipment is taken on this tour, but the swimming is wonderful on its own. Spend time in the tranquility of this natural environment in and around the water and experience the marvels of the Andaman Sea.
