Ordered, That at 5 p.m. on Monday, November 30, 2015, the Senate proceed to executive session to consider the

nomination of Gayle Smith, of Ohio, to be Administrator of the United States Agency for International Development.

Ordered further, That there be 30 minutes of debate equally divided in the usual form, and that following the use or

yielding back of time the Senate vote on the nomination without intervening action or debate, that following disposition of the

nomination the motion to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table with no intervening action or debate; that no

further motions be in order to the nomination; that the President be immediately notified of the Senate’s action and the Senate
