1. OBJECTIVE OF REPORT:

The Executive Summary or Business Plan is a brief outline of the company's purpose or goals. A good Summary includes a brief description of products, services and operations. This summary help for investor to invest our business this is the main purpose of report. The objective of this report is not a special this report based is only highlighted a business plan if a company expand the operation or new started business so company want to increase/require the capital, equity funds/investment. The main purpose of this report helps for a move to the investor / creditor of our business plan and raise a require fund to fulfill a company financial shortage. This report also highlighted product/services, manufacturing, marketing /competitor analysis it is also meant for finding, weakness and shortcomings for the suggestion of improvements.

2. PREFACE:

Role of beverage sector industry is known to everyone. So “IZZE SPARKLING JUICE” is an organization which is finalized as my concerned organization. A started the working state that I am wondering how to start it but now when I am writing these lines by the "Grace of God" My final report is highlighted. The little incidents which took place during the preparation of this report are now part of my life memories.

This report is the upshots of my business plan our product launching a market Possess, imperative and historical importance beverage sector in Pakistan. This Report is specially meant for the student of BBA (Federal Urdu University). It is concerned to a brief study of Executive summary, operation, Function, tasks and financial/marketing analysis etc.

When summer started under the scorching heat of in our country they need an energy juice to refresh themselves. The ‘IZZE ENERGY JUICE’ is a fresh product. It contains vitamin and protein it gives energy cells that recharge the human body. Many people like students, employees, worker and labor work in hard, travelling in transportation any other activities. Human feels weakness, loose, illness, thrust, sickness and also bad feeling. They need an energy juice that makes them re-energize so that they may be able to perform better keep again and provide feel fresh.

I have marketing mix strategy of my product in different segments and decide to target kids, youngster, mature, teen age and old person also decide place my product in Karachi domestic market, whole seller store and canteen of school, colleges, universities and promoted by electronic media.
