Exercise in the early morning or evening Wear a minimum amount of light,
loose-fitting clothes. Avoid rubberized or plastic suits. Drink a glass of water before you start. Carry water with you when you exercise. Drink a glass every 30 minutes. You can walk or exercise even indoors! Exercise five days a week
