Exergy Development Program ( EDP) was launched on the 7th of February 2015. The organisation is designed to educate and uplift our communities. The organization is registered as a Non-Profit Organisation ( 155-793 NPO) on the 22 July 2015.
WHAT IS EXERGY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
(EXERGYDEV)?
Exergy development Program is a non-profitable organization, founded on a mandate to provide a proper and high quality education.
The organization aims at collaborating families/guardians, schools, social development and other relevant sectors to create one element that will contribute to more success in our learner’s education.
Children are molested, abused, child/foster grants being miss used, having malnutrition at home, and parents/guardians are either unemployed or abuse alcohol.
All this factors would affect the learner’s school progress and result to either lower grades or drop out when they reach grade 12 or post matric, part of reasons why we aim to build integration between all the above parties.
Ratio in public schools for a Grade 10/11 class, would range around 1:40, both the Educator and the child causes much difficult environment they can work on, with our Saturday School Program, we aim to assist the teachers and the learners, with one on one assistance to the learner who couldn’t grasp much information.
