EXHIBIT A ‐ PRODUCT SPECIFICTION COMPARISON

Exhibit D ‐ Project Specifications

Confirm your proposed product meets or exceeds the minimum requirements set forth in Exhibit D 

by responding "YES or NO". If your product exceeds the specification, include information 

/specification below.

1. Pricing per plan, elevations and 3d’s attached. Ceiling height to be 

based on 9’0” with vendor to supply seismically approved supports and 

stamped engineered drawings.

2. Labor to be prevailing wage with installers being factory certified to 

install wall product and must possess current C61/D34 California 

contractor’s license. 

3. Product to be manufactured in the USA

4. Proof of seismic approval for state of California

5. Glass panels to be non progressive for future configurability in the field 

without disturbing panels adjacent to affected areas.

6. Glass to be ½” in thickness 

7. Wall to have ability for unlimited runs of butt glazing

8. No shadow reveal at ceiling 

9. Factory installed glass edge dry glazing seal

10. 1 ¾” vertical adjustment at base

11. Doors to be frameless glass with locks

12. STC rating of 36 to 39 with verified calculations supplied.

13. Minimum 10 year warranty.

14. For solid wall applications, “skins” are to be field removable and 

constructed of steel.  Options of white board, veneer or fabric.

15. Wall system must have built in electrical wiring/conduit to provide 

power to equipment locations as identified in Exhibit C and F plan sheet E‐

100.Provide a (4) circuit configuration for power and computers.

16. Wall system must have built in data chase to allow Telecom 

Contractor to run data cabling as identified Exhibit F plan Sheet T‐102.
