An app, developed by Defendant Viacom, in which users play as a Zebra

encapsulated inside a ball as they race through different levels and make their way past different obstacles. The app description in the Google Play store states: “Run, dodge, and smash your way through a variety of crazy race tracks, complete with exploding daisies, running butts, BALLARINAS! Rival racers are trying to take you down, so gear up, power up, and roll your way to Ballarina victory!”

In Google Play, Ballarina is rated “E” for “Everyone.” In the Apple App Store, Ballarina is rated ages 4+, but is further specified as being “Made for Ages 9-11.”

of the PAW Patrol and go on different rescue missions across different areas. The app description in the Google Play store states: “With the new Paw Patroller vehicle, the pups can now save the day in places way beyond Adventure Bay! Your child will keep an eye out for rescue alerts, then go on rescue missions to the Bay, the Ice Fields, and Yumi’s Farm! There are different rescues for each of the seven pups with a variety of fun mechanics, including swipe, tap, tilt, and drawing circles.”

Play as all four Ninja Turtles at once as you punch, kick, power-up and portal your way through outrageous dimensions to stop Shredder and Kraang from unleashing another diabolical plot.”
