Booth Height RestrictionsNow on to…

• Rear – 12’ height limit• Sides –cannot exceed 4’

in height if less than 5’ from the front of the booth

• Rear – 8’ height limit• Sides – cannot exceed 4’

in height if less than 5’ from the front of the booth

Stay in the Booth!• Can’t place displays outside of the booth’s 10’ x 10’ area• Can’t engage in any marketing outside the booth

Stay Out of the Way!• Can’t block views to surrounding booths• Can’t use displays taller than 4’ in the front of your booth

Check Lights & Electrical• Tape cords to the floor• Lights must be contained to booth area• Spotlights cannot point outside of the booth• Don’t use distracting lights

ADA requirements

Music Rights

• Americans with Disabilities Act states that the exhibit must be accessible to all people

• Example - if your booth has a raised floor, you will need to provide ramps

• Playing music you don’t own the rights to can get you into trouble• If in doubt, license the song you want to use!
