PROJECT LIEPA The project LIEPA – Services controlled by the Lithuanian Speech – is aimed at developing tools to open the possibilities of working and communicating with computers and smart devices using the Lithuanian speech, which presents numerous specific problems due to its abundant polysemy of inflection.The services developed will be conducive to fostering pupils’ abilities to use speech technologies, will aid adults in various work by talking to computers in Lithuanian, will help the disabled, will provide people with advice how to correctly pronounce words in Standard Lithuanian, will open up possibilities to develop multilanguage interoperability.

LEDIGmALEDIGMA Ltd. employs patented illumination technology allowing precise adjustment of correlated colour temperature (CCT) and colour saturation factor. Different CCT can mimic the natural conditions of the illumination under which the artwork was performed e.g. from candle light up to direct sunlight. Increased colour saturation can help to revive the faded pigments and create specific atmosphere. The luminaires are controlled by wireless connection to laptop or tablet PC as well as smart phone. SATELLITE LITSAT-1The main goal of this satellite project, named Mission Lituanica 80, is not only to perform the first launch of Lithuanian Cubesat, but also to prepare for the first piezoelectric equipment experiment in space as well. This test is planned to be held in 2015. The technology is a novel concept, such an experiment has never been performed before and if successful, it will facilitate the control of small satellites in space and significantly reduce production costs. This system is based on the piezoelectric engine which can transform the high-frequency vibrations of flight into a smoother rotational motion.
