This year, many industries have been impacted by COVID-19 and it is also the case with the machine vision industry sponsoring the Exhibition. Under these circumstances, we have received many requests for opening the Exhibition. All the more for current stagnation of economic activities, we would like to contribute to development and activation of the industry through the Exhibition. In a new environment called post COVID-19 or new normal, the Exhibition aims to further generate new values and styles, while maintaining the signi�cance of existence as an originally intended venue to gather people, products and information. What can machine vision do now? It is now attracting lots of expectations and attention as a technology to support not only safety and amenity across the society, but also labor saving and higher e�ciency which will be further required. The Exhibition will install zones and corners under the topics such as robot vision, medical, security, 3-dimensions, deep learning, infrastructure improvement, precision measurement and online business meeting (newly installed) to exhibit and introduce latest image processing technologies. Also, the leading experts on machine vision will be invited as lecturers to give lectures on the latest topics and market trends. We set up a special display section gathering products from �ve categories, "Security", "3D", "Infrastructure Improvement" , "ITS(Intelligent Transport Systems)" and "Deep Learning" which are deemed to be the most attractive categories of the image �eld. It is the best place for the participating companies to advertise their products.
Robot Vision Zone / Medical zone / Precision Measurement Zone
We will set up the exhibition zones including element technology and applied technology under the respective themes. If you want to exhibit your product in these zones, Please put a checkmark the appropriate zone in a separate application form to apply. Only the table-top booth can be selected for the medical zone.
【Newly Installed】Online Business Meeting Zone
Along with a big environmental change by COVID-19, “online business meeting” booths will be provided in a speci�ed zone as a new attempt. We believe the ideal form of the exhibition is to exhibit an actual machine at site and directly negotiate a business deal with a visitor. In response to your request that you cannot exhibit at site due to various circumstances, but want to have an opportunity to publicize your company, we will make it possible for you to make use of an online dialog tool to negotiate a business deal with a visitor. A large monitor screen will be installed at the zone entrance to run a PR video (15 seconds) for each exhibitor all the time to induce the visitors to the booths. Each exhibitor is kindly requested to prepare a PR video in order to enhance visibility to the visitors and impress your company.* As this is the �rst attempt and there is a limit to the number of booths, we recommend early application.We look forward to your participation.

1.We will send materials for exhibition to an applicant late October.
2.The electric charge and wiring expense for demonstration is to be separately billed to the exhibitor after the exhibition.
3.For the electric power(wiring,earthing,others), and availability of the booth table, we will send documents separately.
4.The installation charge for optical �ber channel per channel is JPY 60,000+TAX. It will be billed to the exhibitor after the exhibition.
5.In case an applicant cancels his participation due to his convenience, an exhibition fee will not be refunded. If you cancel your participation up to 60 days before opening of the Exhibition, you will be charged for 50% of the exhibition fee as a cancellation fee, and 100% of that thereafter. In case the Exhibition is not held due to the organizer’s convenience, however, the exhibition fee will be fully refunded.
6. Please note that we may decline your request for participation as an exhibitor when the organizer of the exhibition determines that its criteria for exhibitors are not met.
7. For joint exhibition, we only accept the arrangement of booths that are next to or opposite to each other.8.Resale of a booth(s) is prohibited.
9.The exhibits shall be carried-in on Dec. 2(Tue.) and carried-out on Dec. 4(Fri.).

One sheet of poster (vertically A1 size) may be put up.One kind of distribution catalogs may be placed �at on the table.
