Sipadan is the only oceanic island in Malaysia,rising 600 metres (2,000 ft) from the seabed.It is located in the Celebes Sea, East
Malaysia.It was formed by living corals growing on top
of an extinct volcanic cone that tookthousands of years to develop.the centre of one of the richest marine
habitats in the world. More than 3,000 speciesof fish and hundreds of coral species havebeen classified in this ecosystem.
Sipadan has been rated by many dive journals as one of the top dive destinations inthe world.

Semporna is a town located inTawau Division, in the eastcoast of Sabah, Malaysia on theisland of Borneo.
Off the coast is a marine parkcalled Tun Sakaran Marine Parkalso known as SempornaIslands Park. It was gazetted by
Sabah Parks in 2004.
Its population was estimatedto be around 133,000 in 2006
