BOOTH CONSTRUCTION ASSURANCEAs a participant at the TPCA Show 2017 being held at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center from
October 25 - 27, we assure:
1. That the booth(s) is constructed in compliance with the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center,
Decoration Guidelines, and
2. That our contractor will clear all materials from our booth space and remove such to the
approved place before the end of the move-out date, and
3. That if the booth and all materials are not removed, we will assume responsibility for all
compensation and civil liability, and also agree that the show management has the right to
remove all such materials.

To enforce regulations set by the Labor Standards Inspection Office of the Taipei City Government, exhibition hall staff will photograph and impose fines for breaches of safety, including (but not limited to) failure to possess required entry and work permits, failure to wear required uniforms, failure to use safety helmets, unfastened safety belts at heights of 1.5 meters or above, lack of monitoring and controlling personnel on site during the use of tower cranes or forklifts, and lack of safety cones and personnel restrictions under suspended objects. TPCA & TAITRA has the right to refuse entry to construction workers or companies under hire by exhibition participants who fail to comply with the above rules. Notes on the Application for Water, Air and Electricity Supply1. All exhibitors who need electricity supply (110V or above), water supply and drainage, and
compressed air supply must complete and submit Form 3 and Form 4 by the deadline specified
on the forms.
2. The circuit breaker box will be installed within the Exhibitor’s booth. Please remember to leave
enough space for the circuit breaker box when constructing or decorating your booth. Please
indicate the location on Form 4.
3. Please refer to the Typical Electricity Consumption Table on the next page for estimating your
total electricity consumption.
4. Exhibitors who did not apply but access others’ supply, those who did not make necessary
payments, those whose consumption exceeds the applied amount, and those who uses
electricity, water or compressed air in an inappropriate, unsafe manner, will have their supplies
terminated by the Organizer without prior notice. The violating exhibitor will be responsible for
all resulted damages
5. Changes or cancellations to your application must be submitted one month prior to the start of
the move-in period in order to receive 80% refund of your payment. Submissions less than one
month prior to the start of the move-in period will result in no refund.
6. Please use only within the capacity of electricity you have applied for and connect from the
circuit breaker box.
7. Water supply includes the valve but does not include the faucet. The Exhibitor is responsible
for installing its own in-booth faucets, pipes and containers. The Exhibitor will be responsible
for any losses or damages caused by leakage from its own installations.
8. Compressed air supply includes the valve and the quick connect female fitting.
9. A 5% discount is applicable for Exhibitors applying before September 22 However, late
payment will result in the cancellation of the discount.
10. Please refer to the Water, Air and Electricity Installation and Supply Rates on the next page.
Delays in application may incur extra charges.
11. During the 24-hour power supply service, the Organizer is not responsible for losses due to
power outages caused by the power company or the exhibition center’s facility.
12. If the total consumption applied exceeds the total capacity of the exhibition center’s power
supply, the Organizer will cease acceptance of applications. During the show, if the Exhibitor’s
power usage exceeds the amount requested during application, the Organizer will charge the
Exhibitor for the extra portion accordingly upon discovery. If such excess usage impacts the
operation of the power system, the Organizer reserves the right to terminate power supply
without prior notice. The Exhibitor is responsible for all losses caused thereby.
