OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
You will receive an email confirmation of your site within 72 hours of receipt of payment into our account or receipt of your credit details AND receipt of your documentation. Please email if you require an invoice to be sent to initiate payment but understand this may delay priority allocation of your preferred site.
If allocated site involves refund, funds will be refunded within a week where possible.
Sites will only be secured upon FULL payment and be notified of your site via email along with your receipt.
Alternatively, we will allocate your site according to availability upon receipt of payment in full.
If exhibitor commentary and Logo are not received by Monday October 9th, please note that your business will NOT be promoted on the big screen or over the PA or via Event Broadcasting mediums at the event (*sponsors are the exception).

I / We have read and agree to abide by the General Conditions of Contract and the Rules and Regulations as stated within this document and the Terms and Conditions document and any amendments advised by Horse Trials Management as a condition of the allotment of space.I / We agree to pay the total cost as indicated by the payment terms. This Booking Contract is binding once accepted by Horse Trials Management.Please note: Penalty charges will be incurred for any changes to stand layout / build within 2 weeks of the Event Any stands cancelled within 45 days of Event will receive no refund on monies paid.
