“The response from ScotHot has been tremendous from the quantity and the quality of the visitors to the leads generated. Exhibiting with you at ScotHot has developed our business, receiving many good solid orders.”

“This will be our third year working with the Montgomery Group to bring the biggest tourism and hospitality event to thousands of industry decision makers across Scotland. This partnership enables us both to amplify the work that the STA does to a whole new audience and engage with people and businesses who have an important role to play in growing Scotland’s tourism industry as well as inform a wider audience on progress in relations to the delivery of the priorities linked to Scotland’s overarching tourism strategy and our national Food tourism action plan. I look forward to what I’m sure will be a hugely successful ScotHot 2021.”

“ScotHot is a crucial fixture in the Scottish hospitality industry calendar, where businesses, individuals, educational institutions, charitable organisations and students can get to know each other in a single location. With unrivalled networking potential and a wide range of exhibitors, seminars, features, speakers and world-class competitions, ScotHot is, without doubt, THE must-attend event for the catering sector.”

“Most of the key F&B exhibitions are in the South, so exhibiting at Scothot is really important for our event agenda. This show really enables us to increase our reach in Scotland by connecting with a buying audience within our target market.”

“ScotHot 2019 was a great success for us. We had the opportunity to engage with a wide variety of businesses across the supply chain with fruitful follow-up. Sponsoring the Scottish Culinary Championships was the highlight of the event for us - great enthusiasm and skill shown by the chefs. A huge congratulations to all. We will see you again in 2021!”

Mel BaconSales Director, Lynas Foodservice

“We had two successful days exhibiting at ScotHot with our biggest stand to date,

the show was busy and had an amazing atmosphere. We met some great buyers

(our stand was so busy we had to bring in more staff!) and most importantly had lots of new business post-show. We’ll be back

in 2021.”
