filters will be provided to control the fugitive emissions
from EAF and the treated gases will be let out into the
atmosphere through a stack of adequate height. All the
CPCB stipulations for steel plants will be followed. There
are no hospitals and schools in the immediate vicinity of
the plant.

10TPH WHRB & 1X32 TPH FBC Boiler, and 16 MW Captive Power Plant (7 MW of WHRB and 9 MW of FBC)
at Jamuria Industrial Estate, Mouza–Ikra, P.O. Jamuria, Dist Burdwan, West Bengal via MoEFCC letter no. J-
11011/366/2010- IA II (I) dated 02nd April, 2012.
The company has already started the construction work but not been able to complete the said project
according to its schedule due to unavoidable circumstances.
Therefore, as per EIA notification dated 14th September, 2006, the validity of EC letter is required to be
extended in order to continue with the project.
Therefore, we request your goodself to kindly consider our case and grant us the extension of validity of
Environmental Clearance for the said project for another 3 years.
