o Produce labour and material schedules for ordering (CPCCBC4005A)

o Select and prepare a construction contract (CPCCBC4003A)

ExperienceSotheVBAcanassesswhetheryouhavetherequiredexperienceinthiscomponentofdomesticbuildingwork,youshouldprovideaportfolio(tables1,2and3)ofevidencethatdemonstratesyourexperience.Thisevidencemustshowyoucancarryout,andarrangeormanagethecarryingoutofalltheactivitiesassociatedwithBathroom,KitchenorLaundryRenovationworkinacompetentmannerandtoaprofessionalstandard.
