Ian has 18 years’ experience as a rights of light and daylight & sunlight consultant providing advice to some of the country’s leading Architects, Planners and Developers. He has experience at committee meetings, appeal hearings and public enquiry.
A Chartered Surveyor with 12 years experience in the industry, Bruce is an expert in party wall matters and building surveying working with commercial, industrial and residential clients in occupier and investor markets.
Jonathan is a recognised specialist in both rights of light and the associated planning issue of daylight and sunlight. Jonathan was formerly a Director of the Neighbourly Matters team at Savills and brings a wealth of experience to eb7.
An experienced property professional, Neil specialises in all issues of sustainability in existing and new build developments, ensuring legislative compliance, combined with a pragmatic approach to delivering practical solutions.
A founding director of eb7, John has over 14 years’ experience in daylight & sunlight, light pollution, solar glare and EIAs and has provided consultancy and project management for the daylight and sunlight assessments on a number of high-profile schemes.
Mark leads the MEP Engineering Consultancy offering a creative and complete integrated environmental engineering approach to building services engineering, energy efficiency and sustainability.
Stephen has over 18 years’ of experience and has prepared Expert Witness reports, represented his clients at planning committee and dealt with many strategic rights of light negotiations. Stephen also has good knowledge of the Party Wall Act 1996.
