CONSTRUCTION NEARLY COMPLETE!FROM SE 122ND AVENUE TO SE 136TH AVENUEODOT thanks you for your patience and cooperation while we constructed improvements between SE 122nd Avenue and SE 136th Avenue. We are excited to announce that construction is nearly done. In the coming months you will see the finishing touches, including things like rapid flashing beacons at crosswalks, new lighting and signals at a few remaining locations, and landscaping.

DESIGN UNDERWAY FROM SE 99TH AVENUE TO SE 122ND AVENUE AND SE 136TH AVENUE TO SE 174TH AVENUE Design work is now underway for the remaining sections of Outer SE Powell Boulevard. Sidewalks, bike lanes and center turn lanes are some of the safety improvements being designed through the entire corridor. ODOT is designing the remainder of the corridor to be consistent with the improvements completed in Phase 1. ODOT will finish the design in fall 2022 and construction will begin in early 2023.

Do you live, work or own property on SE Powell Boulevard between SE 99th Avenue and SE 122nd Avenue, or between SE 136th Avenue and just east of SE 174th Avenue? If so, we will keep you informed about what to expect during construction as we know more. If you own property along SE Powell Boulevard in these areas, a right of way agent will contact you if any changes to your property are needed.
