K1 Purnululu (Bungle Bungle) ExplorerThe best way to explore this fascinating World Heritage listed Bungle Bungle National Park is from the air. Famous for the Bungle Bungle Ranges, this icon tour will be one of your most spectacular and memorable experiences in the Kimberley.
Departing Kununurra we head south
over Lake Kununurra and the upper Ord
River, and on to Lake Argyle, flying over
some of our vast cattle stations and
the Osmond Ranges. We arrive at the
Purnululu National Park and the Bungle
Bungle Ranges where we fly a circular
pattern to reveal the spectacular
beehives and deep gorges of this
unique landform.
Leaving the Bungles we track north
towards the Argyle Diamond Mine, now
famous for its rare pink and champagne
coloured diamonds. Next we follow the
shoreline of Lake Argyle and the rugged
peaks of the Carr Boyd Ranges.
We return to Kununurra and the
awesome panorama of the irrigated
farmlands to the north and south of
the town. As a unique bonus from
Kingfisher, your flight continues on to
Ivanhoe Crossing before returning
along the Lower Ord for touchdown
at Kununurra.

K2 Purnululu and Cockburn ExplorerJoin us on our extended aerial adventure flying over the world famous Bungle Bungle Ranges, Cockburn Ranges, Cambridge Gulf and lower Ord River; a photographer’s delight.
Departing Kununurra we head south
along Lake Kununurra, over Packsaddle
Plains to Spillway Creek and on to the
majestic inland sea of Lake Argyle. We
then follow Bow River south, where the
first Argyle diamonds were found, and
cross the Osmond Ranges with their
unique wave-like formations.
Next we arrive at the Bungle Bungle
Range located within the world heritage
listed Purnululu National Park. After
flying a loop around the Bungles, we
then track to the Argyle Diamond
Mine. We will fly over the open pit, and
onwards to El Questro, a million acre
cattle station turned wilderness park,
with its famous cliffhanging homestead.
We continue downstream along the
Pentecost River to Home Valley Station,
with the spectacular Cockburn Ranges
in full view to the east. We pass by the
historic town of Wyndham, the lower
Ord River wetlands and Ord Irrigation
area before returning to Kununurra.

K1-B Purnululu (Bungles) Scenic Flight and Ground TourDeparting Kununurra we head south over Lake Kununurra and the upper Ord River,
and on to Lake Argyle, flying over some of our vast cattle stations and the Osmond
Ranges. We arrive at the Purnululu National Park and the Bungle Bungle Ranges where
we will land, and join a coach and walking tour to the magnificent Cathedral Gorge.
Guests will enjoy a picnic lunch and informative commentary from the resident guide.

K2-H Purnululu (Bungles) and Home Valley ExplorerHome Valley Station is an iconic Kimberley destination on the banks of the Pentecost
River and the shadow of the Cockburn Ranges. As a working cattle station it offers an
indigenous based training academy as well as a luxurious retreat for visitors and locals
alike. Arrive by air after an exhilarating scenic flight via Lake Argyle and the Bungles
(the same route as our K2 tour). Enjoy a gourmet lunch at the station’s famous Dusty
Bar and Grill, followed by an unhurried guided tour of the station. Optional helicopter
flights and fishing tour available, or simply take a refreshing dip in the pool.
The tour concludes with a return flight to Kununurra via Wyndham, the lower Ord
River wetlands, and the Ord River Irrigation Area.

drop-off and afternoon pick-up).

K5-B Bullo River ExplorerBullo River Station in the Northern Territory is the famous homestead created by
the Henderson family, and the subject of mother Sarah’s inspiring autobiography
“From Strength to Strength”
Still a family operated cattle station, Bullo River now hosts international guests and
dignitaries in luxurious accommodation, and offers access to many rarely visited
waterholes and stunning natural features. This tour offers an insight into station life
at Bullo River, and a gourmet lunch served at the sprawling homestead. Optional
flights in the station chopper are also available.
Available from Kununurra on demand, with a minimum of four guests required.

K6-CD Cape Domett Explorer (Beach Landing)Embark on the ultimate and exclusive coastal get away to Cape Domett, exploring
rarely seen habitats including one of the most important turtle nesting beaches on
the Timor Sea coast.
Experience a breath-taking touchdown on a 3km beach where you can explore the
tidal shore-line and rocky headlands. You can soak up the beauty of the coast over
a relaxing picnic morning tea.
Tour is available at low tide, and includes champagne and nibbles on the beach.
All seats $320 with a minimum of four guests required.
K3 Mitchell Falls and Drysdale Station ExplorerExplore the cascading majesty of the Mitchell River Falls, Prince Frederick Harbour and the iconic Mount Trafalgar before a luncheon stop at remote Drysdale River Station.
Departing Kununurra we track west
towards the Lower Ord wetlands and the
historic port of Wyndham. For the next
hour in the air we pass over the most
isolated and uninhabited wilderness in
the Kimberley before arrival and orbit at
the Mitchell River Falls.
After capturing the perfect photograph
we set course for the pristine waters of
Prince Frederick Harbour and Naturalist
Island where many luxury yachts may be
seen at anchor.
On reaching Mt Trafalgar we turn east
and track for Drysdale River Station
where a well earned rest and a delicious
lunch awaits.
Our flight continues on to Home Valley
Station and rounding the Cockburn
Ranges where the afternoon sun invites
its weathered escarpment to exhort the
power and majesty of an ancient land.
Enroute back to Kununurra we overfly
the luxury settlements at El Questro
Station.

K4 Wandjina ExplorerIn the culture of the Kimberley people, the Wandjina is a respected and ‘stormy’ spirit, who brings water and life to a parched land. Join us as we explore the heart of the Wandjina country and marvel at the landscapes, river systems and coastlines these spirits have created.
Departing Kununurra we track along the
Ord River and its irrigated farmlands
towards the unique House Roof Hill,
where much of the movie ‘Australia’ was
filmed. We continue along the Ord River,
to the historic port of Wyndham and the
Cambridge Gulf. The five major rivers of
the East Kimberley all snake towards this
meeting at the Gulf. We then follow the
Timor Sea coastline north before flying
over the Berkeley River and the award
winning resort. Next we track towards
the majestic King George Falls, where we
orbit these impressive twin falls.
Faraway Bay, another exclusive resort is
next in sight, followed by the Drysdale
River and Broome-Napier Bay. Next we
land at Kalumburu, WA’s most remote
indigenous community, for a picnic lunch
and a tour of the historical mission and
museum. We then continue onto the
historic WWII Truscott Airfield, the pearl
farms of Vansittart Bay, and the famous
Mitchell Falls. Enroute back to Kununurra
we enjoy the panoramic splendour of the
Cockburn Ranges, Home Valley and El
Questro Stations.

spectacular morning light, particularly

• At 9am the long shadows have receded
