Civitta and Market Access roles in the project
Brief description of responsibilities
• Civitta’s Consultant will be a local point of contact to the Client answering all the questions and giving support during the project, starting the kick off meeting.
• Civitta will help and consult Client for the preparation for market visit;
• Civittta Consultant will make sure that communication and the process of the project together with Market Access is smooth and clear and Client’s expectations are met.
• Market Access local expert will be responsible for the delivery of the project;
• Expert will help to prepare or adjust all marketing material for specific market;
• Market Access will help organize logistics and distribution of samples to potential partners;
• Client will get support from a local market consultant with considerable knowledge of the markets, business culture and decision makers;
