MEDIA RELEASE For Immediate Release 19 November 2013 Expressions of interest sought for new commercial sites in Ellenbrook Town Centre Developer LWP Property Group is currently inviting expressions of interest for the development of three new commercial sites in the Ellenbrook Town Centre, to be made available in 2014. The lots will range in size from 966sqm and up and are available for a range of uses, including restaurants, boutique breweries, service commercial and DIY homewares. This is the first time in five years that Ellenbrook has released commercial lots and Sales Manager for Ellenbrook, Mr Tony McEntee said the timing was just right. “Over the last few years Ellenbrook has grown to be a thriving town centre. These lots represent some of the last with investors and businesses joining the likes of Masters, Bunnings, Woolworths and Coles,” Mr McEntee said. The Ellenbrook Town Centre is a regional centre servicing an area from Reid Highway to Bullsbrook. This currently includes a primary catchment of Ellenbrook, Aveley and The Vines of 35,000 people and a secondary catchment of Henley Brook, West Swan and Bullsbrook of a further 10,000 people. In 2020, the catchment is proposed to exceed 60,000 people.
