Extended StemManual/ ISO Direct Mount

ZIPSON'S extended stem/ extended bonnet weredesign for customer's specif ic pipe line usage. Theextended stem can be for warm keeping cover,under-ground operation, cryogenic application,fugit ive emission by both manual & automaticoperation.

In the standard design, ZIPSON offer 4 types ofextended stem & bonnet for options in different valvetypes & pipe application. The extended stem can beset upon both manual ball valve & ISO 5211 directmount valves.

For under-ground pipe line, ZIPSON will offer theconnected bolt with un-taken-our design. This willhelp the user not to worry about the bolts drop.

For cryogenic bonnet, you'll have 2 sets of stemseals to prevent from leakage. One is for stem ofball valve, the other is the top of the bonnet. These2 sets of seals will double approval to keep thevalve from leaking.

For fugit ive emission designed bonnet, ZIPSONdesi gn 2 sets o f stem se als. One is for ste m of bal lvalve, the other is special Bellow seals with port forsniffer.
