“INFO EXPRESS: TWO MINUTES TO PROFIT” is a speed marketing concept that requires the par-ticipating attendees to visit every exhibitor during the designated times. All attendees will be given a booth number upon their entrance to the exhibit area. All attendees will go directly to that booth number. Agents’ cards must be stamped by EACH VENDOR in order to be eligible for the $1000 grand prize drawing. As always, guest and company attendees are not required to have their cards stamped. Each attendee will rotate from booth to booth every two minutes. At the sound of a whistle the attendees will move to the next booth to ensure that every agent has quality one on one time with the exhibitor and every exhibitor has quality one on one time with the agents! The morning of Tuesday, June 5th is reserved specifically for the InfoExpress and nothing else. The morning of Wednesday, June 6th, a roundtable continental breakfast will be available to meet one on one with any agents. Attendance is not mandatory.

Space has been allocated for a maximum of 48 booths in the Exhibit Hall. Booth numbers will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. IIAA members will be given the first opportunity to reserve their exhibit space. After May 4, 2012 the remaining spaces will be available to any interested party (including non-members). Booths include an 8’ x 30’’ skirted table, 2 chairs, a wastebasket and an exhibitor ID sign. The cost per booth is $700 - Member, and $800 – Non-Member (This includes 2 registrations). Golf is an additional charge. Additional registrations may be purchased at the regular price. SHIPMENT OF EXHIBITS: You may ship your exhibit materials directly to Liberty Exposition Services. We have added a link on our website, www.iiaar.org, under Everything Convention where you may download required paperwork. SETUP & TEARDOWN: Exhibitors must complete booth set up between 10:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. on Monday, June 4, 2012. Exhibits may be torn down after 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 5th, 2012. EXHIBIT HOURS: Tuesday June 5th 9:00AM to 11:00AM. Quality not Quantity: Welcome to the Info Express: Two Minutes to Profit. This year we are continuing our innovative approach on how to provide you with quality time with the agents. As outlined in our cover letter and schedule, we have limited your required times in the exhibit area while providing you with increased opportunities for quality one on one time and networking opportunities. Real Face Time! RESTRICTIONS: Aisle space must be kept clear and may not be used for exhibits or demonstrations. No attachments of any kind are to be made to any part of the hotel building. Combustible gas or fluids or any open flame apparatus is not permitted in the exhibition area. Printed advertising may be distributed by exhibitors from within the confines of the assigned booth space only. DEADLINE: The deadline for reserving exhibit space is May 25, 2012. Cancellations must be received by May 25, 2012 in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations received after this date will receive a refund only if the space is sold.
