HYDRAULIC EXTRICATION TOOLSThe AMKUS hydraulic extrication tool series equips most US fire brigades, providing safety and reliability during rescue operations in automotive and rail accidents, earthquakes and landslides. Active in the design and manufacture of extrication tools for more than 40 years, AMKUS is the official supplier of rescue tools for the Indy and Nascar racing events. BATTERY-POWERED EXTRICATION TOOLSThe AMKUS ION Series 2.0 battery-powered extrication tools are a product of evolution following long-term testing in the toughest conditions. Lightweight and compact in size, they boast the following competitive advantages:

● Made entirely of aluminum. No plastic parts.● With powerful LED lights that illuminate exactly

where the work is done.● With indented aluminum handle that does not

slip during use and does not wear over time.● The handle is located next to the body of

the tool (instead of its rear), minimizing the tool length and increasing the user’s flexibility in enclosed spaces, such as the interior of a vehicle.

Petrol-driven, electric-driven or connected to the fire truck’s rotating parts, AMKUS pumps send supply oil to the hydraulic tools using a flexible hose kit. With new control valves and oversized connection couplings, which connect to the hoses quickly and easily. With multi-tool outlets, boost mode, simple maintenance and robust design, AMKUS pumps continue to prove that they are built for the toughest conditions.

They are supplied with oil by a flexible hose kit, using a pump or a pumping handle. They can lift a railway wagon in seconds.
