Eye For an Eye : Poster First Draft

To the right is my first draft of my poster. What I wanted to reveal to my target

audience, is the antagonist (on the left) and the protagonist (on the right) as they are

both the main characters. The reason as to why I have these two characters on oppose sides of each other is because I found the relevance of both having half their faces

revealed, so that the audience may feel like there’s something that they are hiding. The

fact that the protagonist is looking tentatively at the antagonist shows that she

is timid and apprehensive about the intentions of the antagonist. I didn’t want to reveal the antagonists’ full face because I

wanted the audience to raise questions like her appearance. I have realised that there are four different fonts on my poster which

looks unprofessional and which will be changed when making changes for my

second draft. I have decided to use a smoky background because it looks ambiguous and mysterious, which I got inspiration

from ‘The Woman in Black’s’ poster. Nonetheless, after having feedback I will make relevant changes to better the first

draft.

Eye For An Eye : Website First Draft

This is my first draft of my website design. This is very much similar to the first draft of my poster as I wanted to make both themes consistent, so that my target audience are aware of my theme. I chose to keep the antagonist and protagonist on either side of the page to keep in with the theme. I have tabs which are similar to that of ‘The Woman in Black’s’ webpage. I also have also put on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube tabs to make my website look realistic. As oppose to my poster, I have added the names of the actors underneath the titles and I have also put the date of the film’s release. There are many aspects that can be amended to this first draft of my website.
