Model you purchased has been designed in 1: 32 scale, in the colors of the Israeli Air Force.

(115 Squadron (Flying Dragons) based at Ovda Airbase.

It is medium difficult to build for less experienced modelers.

The model can be build in two versions basic and easy . The basic version includes

detailed interior of pilot cockpit and translucent canopy , wheel housing and undercarriage.

The easy version does not include those features , however , you can mix the two versions

according to your personal preferences and level of skill. Parts for the easy version

are numbered with same numbers like basic version but with green ink and the letter "E".

The model can be printed using any kind of printer, few things however are important to

    print it correctly .

    1-

2- Before printing make sure you have enough ink to print entire model.

3-Do not rush with printing. Print one page at a time.

Every sheets has a note instructing you on what kind of paper should be printed on.

    INSTRUCTION:

Before you can start, you need to assemble some additional materials necessary to

    print and build this model.

    You need:

15 Sheets 8.5/11 (or A4) of uncoated card stock (cover) with thickness of approximately 0.2 to 0.25

    (80-100 # or 200-270gsm)

3 Sheets 8.5/11 (or A4) of little lighter uncoated text stock with thickness of 0.15 to 0.18 mm.

    ( 80-100 #Text or 116-188gsm).

1 Sheet 8.5/11 (or A4) of regular copier stock 24#.

1 Sheet 5.5/8.5 of transparent foil for ink jet and laser printer.

2 Sheet 8.5/11 of cardboard with thickness of 0.7-1 mm.

    A few small paper clips.

Good glue , like Weldwood Contact Cement or Beacon 3 in 1 Advanced Craft Glue.

Very sharp scissors and X-acto knife to cut out your parts.

A blunt knife to score fold lines and form cylindrical parts, a ruler and some 100 grit sandpaper.

Each page containing the parts of the model must be printed on the same scale with out

    scaling down or up.

Replacement ink cartridges in the middle of printing will cause slightly but visible

    color change

In preparation to assemble your model glue all parts from pages 1, 2 and 3 to 1mm card stock

and cut them out when you need them.

Model assembly starts with front segment of fuselage (parts 1,2,3 and ribs IF,IB, IIF,IIB,IIIF,IIIB

Next is the cockpit segment with parts 4 to 10 a nd rib IVF .Details and method of construction is shown on page 1 of Assembly Instruction

NO T E : As sembly Instruction s how model in basic vers ion. F or model in eas y-bas ic version

you can skip all the parts of cockpit interior and use part 92E instead 92.

Assembly of center segment of fuselage begins with construction of skeleton

(page 2 of As sembly Instruction) a nd its shell pages 1 to 8 of Ass embly Ins truction.

During construction of this element You need to decide whether you build a model

with open undercarriage or without. If you decide on open undercarriage see page 6

for instruction how to assemble essential elements.

NO T E : U se wire tamplets X1 and X2 to form support wire.

If you wont to build your model in fly configuration without undercarriage us e part 18E instead of 18and skip all the elements of main landing gear bay and landing gear its elf.

Next is the engine nozzle parts XB , 25i and 25o. (Page 9 of Assembly Instruction)

NO T E : Ma ke s ure that the part XB is directed to the inside of the engine nozz le.

Last segment of fuselage is the air intake with front landing gear. (page 10 of Assembly Instruction)

NO T E : A s with the main landing gear in eas y-bas ic variant you can s kip all the parts of

     front landing gear.

NO T E : F ace of part 30 have to be directed to the inside of the air intake .

Last step in fuselage assembly is to connect all three segments shown on

    page 11 of Assembly Instruction.

As sembly of vertical stabilizer is shown on page 12 and 13 while order and manner

of assembly horizontal stabilizer and the wings is shown on page 8 ,13 and 14.

NO T E : Ma ke s ure part 36 is form to shape s hown by blue s ymbols placed by this part.

Page 14 also shows assembly of wingtip missile lunch rail.

Last step is to glue all small details to vertical and horizontal stabilizers ( page 13 ).

S tep by step of ejection seat as s embly is s hown of page 15 and page 16 s how how to as semble

instrument panel. On the same page you will also find first step of assemblt of airplane conopy.

After you cut part 92 out of translucent sheet start gluing parts 93l and 93r fom the inside of parts 92

to close all notches. (page 16) then part 94. The part 92 that you see is nathing like F-16 conopy ,

only when parts is attachet to the model it will gain correct shape.

Next make little incisions in places mark by bold white lines around pilot cockpit (page 17).

In these incisions, insert teth from parts 92 starting from front of left side of the airplane.

Last step is to glue outside borders of conopy ,parts 95 and 96.

As s embly of front undercarriage and front wheel is s hown on page 18.

First make a tight roll out of part 97 , but open enough to insert strengthening wire. T hen glue parts 98 on both s ides of part 97 . Ins ert rea dy componnet on wire.

Next you need to bend the wire exactly like is shown on picture from page 18 and

then you can glue remaining parts.

T he some procedure used to main underca rriage which assembly shows

page 19 of As s embly Instruction.

P arts of main and front wheel glue to 1 mm thick ca rd and after cutting them out assemble

wheels as shown on pages 18 and 19. In the middle of each wheel make a hole allowing

    it attachment to the axle.
