Activities include indoor and outdoor games, arts-n-crafts, sports and many more weekly activities that will stimulate minds and keep kids learning all summer long. Summer Day Camp features weekly themes and special field trips (for an additional fee) including Wild Waters, Coconut Bowl, Jump Man Jump, Roller Kingdom, Mini Golf, movies, Discovery Museum, Reno Aces games, bowling, and arcades. Looking for exciting camps to make your child’s summer extra special? Check out the Club’s array of summer specialty camps! These camps run in addition to and in conjunction with the traditional day camp program at all sites, so campers can enjoy their specialty camp and then rejoin the day camp program before or after their assigned specialty camp time. All specialty camps will be hosted at our William N. Pennington Clubhouse (with the exception of Swim Camp.)

ORIENTATION & MEMBERSHIP FORMIf you are a new member or renewing your membership, you must watch the MANDATORY Summer Camp/Membership Orientation video. Visit www.BGCTM.org/join to watch the video in its entirety. If you do not have access to a computer, orientations will be held during Kick off to Summer on April 18th. Once you have completed the video, you must complete the membership application. Annual Memberships are $20. Membership fee is waived at the Kickoff to Summer Event- otherwise, payments must be made in person at one of our five Clubhouses.

Join us as we journey into the natural elements and gain insight from teachers and wilderness guides. This camp is designed for the beginning adventurer. STREAM & TRAILBLAZER CAMPWe’re blazing trails this year as we get out into the Nevada wilderness. Whether you’re an avid outdoor enthusiast or you’re still new to exploration, this camp will certainly get you ready for the trail. Gaze across Donner Lake from the Truckee Snowsheds, build adobe bricks and uncover mysteries surrounding Fort Churchill, come fish with us at Crystal Peak Park, and so much more. CKC is a great opportunity to introduce members to the excitement of college! SMART GIRLS CAMP Girls have to deal with a lot these days from the

pressures of peers, dealing with bullies, taking care of

MAD SCIENCE CAMP Every kid loves ice cream!! But do they know how its made? In this year’s Science Camp members will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of science experiments including how to make yummy ice cream and edible DNA models. JUNIOR GIANTS BASEBALLTake me out to the ballgame! Junior Giants is a FREE, non-competitive and innovative baseball program for boys and girls ages 5-12 years old, with separate teams for T-ball (5-6 year olds), Minors (7-9 year olds), and Majors, 10-13 year olds). Sponsored by the San Francisco Giants Community Fund, each child receives a specialty T-shirt and hat. A glove is also available for those who meet the needs criteria.
