All participants (credit and non-‐credit) are required to bring their Eagle ID card to class and are required to scan their card in and out at every class.
• All classes meet in PA 270 (unless otherwise noted).
• The following schedule is subject to change in the event of extenuating circumstances.
• Classes begin September 25 – Classes end on December 5. Classes canceled on November 11 & 28.
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
• BODYATTACK™ is the sports-‐inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-‐energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals -‐ from the weekend athlete to the hard-‐core competitor! (1-‐credit option is also available as PHED 125-‐65, CRN 14791 or PHED 125-‐85, CRN 16166).
• BODYJAM™ is a 55-‐minute workout set to the latest music and greatest dance moves. Its cardio fun at its best for those with a passion for movement. You will burn calories, increase your fitness levels – and learn to dance better (1-‐credit option is also available as PHED 125-‐42, CRN 13942).
• BODYPUMP™ is the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. It’s a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for just about everybody who wants to add strength training into their aerobic workout. The simplicity of the class makes BODYPUMP™ a great starting point to develop strength and confidence. Hot sounds and compelling choreography keep you going through each one-‐hour workout. You’ll use a step platform, a bar and a set of weights. (1-‐credit option is also available as PHED 125-‐05, CRN 114914, PHED 125-‐43, CRN 13943 or PHED 125-‐81, CRN 15585).
• BODYCOMBAT™ is a non-‐combat, martial arts-‐based fitness program with moves drawn from Karate, Tae Kwan Do, Kung Fu, kickboxing, Muay Thai and Tai Chi. Each 55-‐minute BODYCOMBAT™ class is choreographed to 10 tracks of the latest music, providing an exhilarating exercise experience that delivers ultra-‐fast fitness results (Class begins October 15th; no 1-‐credit option).
• CXWORX™ Based on cutting-‐edge scientific research, this program is the ultimate way to get a tight and toned core. With dynamic training that hones in on your abs, glutes, back, obliques and “slings” connecting the upper and lower body, this workout will leave you looking and feeling strong. (1-‐credit option is also available as PHED 125-‐46, CRN 13947 or PHED 125-‐83, CRN 15973).
• CARDIO & STEP is a combination of traditional aerobics that started it all. Participate in step and floor workouts to get a fantastic cardio workout. (1-‐credit option is also available as PHED 125-‐41, CRN 13941).
• INDOOR CYCLING allows participants to get awesome cardio workouts with this high energy, heart-‐pounding, exhilarating class. Individual chooses intensity level – so beginners to advanced participants are encouraged to attend. This class is limited to the first 20 participants. Please come a few minutes early to class if never trained on an indoor cycle for proper bike fit. (1-‐credit option is also available as PHED 125-‐06, CRN 14919 or PHED 125-‐07, CRN 13362 or PHED 125-‐44, CRN 13945 or PHED 125-‐80, CRN 15546).
• TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING® is a revolutionary method of leveraged bodyweight exercise. Easily set up the portable TRX® Suspension Trainer™ and you’re in control. Safely perform hundreds of exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose (1-‐credit option is also available as PHED 125-‐55, CRN 15029 or PHED 125-‐78, CRN 15544).
• YOGA uses various yoga and Pilates exercises to help build core strength & stability, enhance flexibility, and heighten mind-‐body awareness; modifications for beginner and intermediate participants. (1-‐credit option is also available as PHED 125-‐13, CRN 13937, PHED 125-‐54, CRN 15028 or PHED 125-‐82, CRN 15586).
• ZUMBA® fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, and to get hooked. Zumba® Fanatics achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of caloric-‐burning, body-‐energizing, awe-‐inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life! (1-‐credit option is also available PHED 125-‐45, CRN 13946 or PHED 125-‐40, CRN 13940; Aqua Zumba PHED 125-‐84, CRN 16165).

14920); 2 credit class, $31.89 course fee. 2. Watch Introduction Available on Canvas; beginning September 25. 3. Complete participant data paperwork – Download
from Canvas. Bring completed paperwork to first Group Exercise class attended.
4. Show up to class and have fun! Remember to bring Eagle Card and scan in and out
of database.
NON-‐CREDIT 1. Must have current Eagle Card Non-‐students need to purchase PHASE users card at
Student Financial Services 2. Pay non-‐credit fees (all non-‐credit participants) Pay at URC Skate Desk -‐ Non-‐credit fee is $39. 3. Bring receipt to first GX class attended
