HOW TO FIND US

Underground: Marble Arch, 2 minute walk, (Central Line), Bond Street 7 minutes walk (Jubilee Line, Central Line).

Rail: London Victoria, Paddington and Marylebone mainline stations are all about two miles from the hotel; about 10 minutes by cab.

Air: From London Heathrow, the Heathrow Express runs direct to London Paddington in just 15 minutes (20 from Terminal 5), with a train every quarter of an hour. The Gatwick Express runs a similar service into Victoria from London Gatwick.

TERMS ANDCONDITIONS

ALLERGY INFORMATIONIf you suffer from an allergy or food intolerance please let us know, before ordering, so we can advise you. Vegetarian dishes are marked with a (v). An information pack is available in the restaurant from your server listing the allergenic ingredients used in our foods, as required by current UK and EC laws. It also describes any associated cross contamination risk which may affect specific menu items. If you would like to consult it, please ask before ordering. Please note that our kitchens are not a nut or allergen free environment.

GENERAL INFORMATIONMinimum numbers apply for shared party functions. If amount of guests drops below this number, the event will be transferable to another date.

Unfortunately, special seating arrangements cannot be guaranteed. Small parties may be grouped and seated together. The hotel reserves the right to amalgamate events to ensure minimum numbers. Minimum age for guests attending evening functions is 18 years.

All details are correct at time of going to print and are subject to alteration without prior notice. Any damage caused by any guest will result in charged being levied. Strict dress code applies to evening functions, jeans and trainers will not be accepted.

All music and entertainment will be turned down at 12.15am. Carriagesat 1am.

TO MAKE A BOOKINGTo confirm a reservation, a £15 deposit per person will be required within 7 days. If no deposit is received, then the booking will be automatically released. The total balance outstanding, numbers and pre-orders are required 14 days prior to your event. If the balance is not received by this date the booking will be automatically cancelled.

Prices are per person and inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Confirmations and receipts will be forwarded to you to confirm your booking. Final payment for any accommodation booked must be paid at the same time as event final payments.

For bookings of 10 rooms or more a rooming list is required 14 days prior to arrival.

Deposits and final payment can be paid by cheque or postal order. To pay cash, the Christmas office is open Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. Payments can also be made at reception where a receipt will be given.

CANCELLATION POLICYDeposits, part payments and full payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

We recommend that you take out event insurance to cover you in the case of cancellation. In the event of cancellation by Amba Marble Arch, an alternative date will be offered or a full refund given without liability to the hotel or Amba hotel.
