HOW MUCH SHOULD I POST?
With the news feed from Facebook, you can post the same thing in the morning and the same thing at night, and two different groups of fans will see your post. (DO THIS SPARINGLY AND SAVE IT FOR PROMO’S)
We recommend starting with at least posting once per day. Ideally 2-3 times per day is beneficial! BUT If you Clog a persons News Feed, they may block your content!
You can schedule posts with the Facebook scheduling tool as well.

Take a look at a post you did earlier today or yesterday on your computer, or on the “Pages” Facebook app.
