▪ When a project under $500K total project cost is initiated, execute an Authorization to Proceed (ATP)
▪ Contract Structure▪ Prime consultant / Subconsultant / Hybrid: In-House Architect with OEDA Engineering
▪ Rotate through list of firms within discipline
