• Includes construction of new, two-story, 45,000-square-foot building

• New building will connect to existing School of Communications building.

• Will also renovate existing School of Communications building

Construction Timetable:

• Projected to begin in early 2016.

• Opening of new and remodeled buildings expected by Fall 2017

School of Communications:

• Established in 2000

• Currently home to approximately 20% of Elon students

• Majors include Journalism, Strategic Communications, Cinema and Television

Arts, Communication Design, Media Analytics, and Sport and Event Management

• M.A. in Interactive Media.

• Offers experiences outside the classroom including student-run broadcasting

program, newspaper, and public relations agency
