Potential Redevelopment Concepts (Potential Redevelopment Concepts are based on current A-2 Zoning, compatibility with surrounding land uses, and a BWS market analysis on the most appropriate uses for the property. Final project design is subject to change by selected developer/lessee. Additional environmental review may be required if proposed concept is different from those presented below).
