IE Business School Diploma: It is issued by IE Business School upon sucessful completion ofInternational MBA requirements. It is received at Graduation (image 1).

IE University Diploma: This diploma requires a formal enrollment process. Please read carefully tounderstand the steps and potential legal/fiscal benefits to obtaining this additional diploma.

ENROLLMENT: Register for the IE University diploma before the program at IE Business School begin

or as soon you arrive on campus. You will need to submit:

Original Bachelors diploma.*

Completed form provided by the Registrars office and available online.

Copy of your passport (DNI only for Spanish citizens).

Submit in person to: Registrars office in Mara de Molina, 4.

ISSUANCE:

When: Post-graduation

How: Fill out a request form which is given out a few weeks before graduation(image 3) and follow the instructions on said form to make a deposit of 220

There is no deadline to submit this request form (but you must have

previously completed enrollment as per step 1.

Timing: This diploma takes approximately 2 years to be issued (afterthe officialrequest is complete)

INTERMEDIARY CERTIFICATES: While your IE University diploma is being processed (e.g. 2 years),you can request what is called a supplementary certificate (image 4), which is a certified standard

intermediary document. This document may be required for certain working visa or PhD applications

Processing time can take up to a month.

You may also request a graduation certificate from IE University directly (image 5), BUT it may not be

sufficient for certain PhD programs and/or US visa applications. This certificate takes less time to

issue.NB: Either of these certificates may be requested at any point of time after you complete the

program.

If the university degree was issued outside of the European Union (EU) or Switzerland, it should be

galized (either via the Hague Apostille or through diplomatic/consular legalization procedures). If youefer not to bring your original diploma, please note that the certified true copy has to be done after the

galization.
