As long as our common stock is not listed on a national securities exchange or over-the-counter market, our stockholders who have held their stock for at least one year may be able to have all or any portion of their shares of stock redeemed by us. We may redeem the shares of stock presented for redemption for cash to the extent that we have sufficient funds available to fund such redemption. The amount that we may pay to redeem stock is expected to be the redemption price set forth in the table above which is based upon the number of years the stock is held. The share redemption program has limitations including that, during any calendar year, we will not redeem in excess of 5% of the weighted average number of shares outstanding during the prior calendar year. Additionally, our board of directors may choose to amend, suspend or terminate our share redemption program upon 30 days notice at any time. There is no guarantee that funds will be available or that the program will not be terminated.

This facility is located in Vallejo, CA, the largest city in Solano County and a part of the San Francisco Bay Area. It was constructed in 2001 and includes approximately 75,000 rentable square feet housed within six self-storage buildings, totaling 860 units. The property has an exceptional street presence on Columbus Parkway, which is a main four-lane thoroughfare with access to I-780. It has RV and boat storage and also hosts a large monument sign on Columbus Parkway that provides excellent visibility to onlookers. In addition, the facility has an on-site office, upscale amenities and a state of the art security system with 24/7 digital surveillance.
