Hurricane Matthew Recovery Project

Devonwood Lower Dam Current Status: The Pre-Construction Meeting was conducted on April 6,

2021 with the contractor, Fred Smith Company. The NTP for this project is

July 8, 2021 and estimated Substantial Completion is July 6, 2022..

This project will consist of the installation of a double box culvert across

McFadyen Drive and utility work on Poland Court. This work is estimated to

begin Monday, July 12, 2021. Normal construction will occur Monday thru

Friday during daytime hours between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.
