    Each faculty member is encouraged to ta!e initiative to conduct

    research underta!ings in their own field in order to be updated in the

    latest trends in teaching.

    Each faculty is obliged to continuously develop his/her theoretical

    and pedagogical !nowledge and professional and technical s!ills

    through internal and external seminar-wor!shops and training

    programs. ' faculty who is not yet in possession of master’s degree or

    doctorate in the field s/he is teaching is urged to earn his/her master’s

    or doctorate degree.

    Each faculty has eual opportunity to handle administrative

    position such as dean/academic coordinator, cluster head, course

    adviser and head of other offices/departments.

    outreach programs of the College and the department.

    Each faculty member is expected to be punctual in attendance at

    all times in his/her scheduled classes throughout the school year. &n

    case of his/her absence is inevitable, s/he should observe the

    administrative and faculty leave policy.

    B. St'#ent Con'ltation

    Each faculty member must provide sufficient student consultation

    hours (at least five hours a wee!) !nown by the student.

    Each faculty member is expected to do substitution as instructed

    by the cluster head/subject adviser in case certain faculty member is

    absent in the class.

    Each faculty member may be assigned to prepare and update

    instructional plan before the start of the semester and must provide the

    students a copy of the subject or course outline duly approved by the

    #ffice of 'cademic 'ffairs during the class orientation.

    Each faculty member should prepare and submit test uestions in a

    selection type format of at least *+ items in prescribed excel template every

    term at least two () wee!s before the scheduled examination.

    F. Cla%oom Management.

    Each faculty member must see to it that the classroom is conducive

    for learning. "e/she must be prepared for every class discussion. 'll

    teaching materials such as %&, textboo!, board mar!ers, whiteboard

    erasers, class record and the li!e must always be available.

    2. Cla%oom /i*ipline

    Each faculty member must strictly ensure that all students are

    wearing school uniform and & card. %he must also see to it that all the

    students in his/her class adhere to the school policies stipulated in the

    Students Handbook. i!ewise, no teacher shall leave his/her class

    except for a very serious reason without the permission from the cluster

    head.

    boo!s to be purchased within his/her field of speciali1ation.

    - wear his/her & card inside the campus while at wor!

    - submit the documents reuired by the College and department on or

    before the given deadline.

    - project a dignified personality by wearing the prescribed office attire

    - submit an accurate, updated and duly approved individual 0aculty

    oading form on or before the opening of class and/or before the cut-

    off time.

    important messages concerning him/her.

    Each faculty member must attend the orientation sessions conducted by

    the College officials. i!ewise, s/he must attend institutional and

    departmental functions. "owever, in the event that the faculty member

    cannot attend such academic functions, s/he has to obtain permission from

    academic affairs coordinator and / or cluster head.

    transmutation table, attendance sheet and grade sheets.

    Each faculty member should give students assignments and projects

    that stimulate independent thin!ing on the part of the students, develop

    particular s!ills and interest in and appreciation of the subject. %/he is

    encouraged to promote research among his/her students by assigning them

    one research paper every end of the semester.

    as forms of learning experiences of students provided that the guidelines

    and procedures are observed/followed in securing permit to conduct such

    activities.
