PBSC has free workshops that are open to the public. Workshops are offered to help students understand and complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Providing adequate guidance and support is the key to the overall success of increasing college matriculation.

Academic Programs

• Students who are Financial Aid recipients would only qualify if they are admitted as a degree or certificate seeking student.

• Palm Beach State College offers 150 different types academic programs including bachelor’s and associate degrees, certificates and diplomas.

• 110 of Palm Beach State College’s programs are Financial Aid approved.

• FAFSA4Caster - A free financial aid calculator that provides an early estimate of a student’s eligibility for federal student aid.

• Federal Student Aid Toolkit - The Financial Aid Toolkit provides federal student aid information and outreach tools for counselors.

• Mapping Your Future - Resources to assist Middle and High School Counselors in empowering your school, students, and families with free, web-based college, financial aid, career, and financial literacy information and services.

• National Training for Counselors and Mentors (NT4CM) - NT4CM provides free training and support for any individual who advises students and their families on how to fund education beyond high school.

• Navigating Your Financial Future - Free products and services created to assist schools, students, lenders, and parents to increase their knowledge of default prevention and debt management practices.
